Both Sarkis and Carl were very professional and took the time to explain everything in great detail. I had brought a car when I first started driving and tried other places but out of all the places this is time to explain everything in great detail. The backoffice management (Mike) seemed to have more important things to take care of: he could offer only one time-slot to meet, when we arranged to be there on time, we still had to wait 30 minutes. Again, the sales team has been great and offered free car service to make up for it. If it would not have been for Carl and the other salesmen, we would not have completed the purchase. If you could find a manager that meets the high customer service standards of the sales team, we would definitely recommend Jaffarian! More

Rogers was EXTREMELY well-versed on product (not only my recently purchased Volvo, but two other "test drive" models). I enjoyed my two day experience especially with John Murphy and Carl Reis. John really helped my parents and I get to where we wanted to be.
