Appalling experience during purchase and first three months of ownership. They got my nonrefundable deposit on a 2007 Mini Cooper, then revealed they didn't have the title "yet", so I couldn't take the months of ownership. They got my nonrefundable deposit on a 2007 Mini Cooper, then revealed they didn't have the title "yet", so I couldn't take the car for a couple of days. They attempted to get me into a loan at 2x the going rates. Then tried to hardsell extended warranty insurance at astronomical cost -- good six hundred bucks over what's available on web. Ten days later, finally got the car -- first week, discovered gas gauge didn't work. Called them, they suggested calling Mini dealership and asking them. Two and a half weeks, master computer chip melted down. Required proprietary Mini software to even get the car open and diagnose. Got that fixed. Three days later, the radiator hose exploded -- fixing it we discovered a rather large path on the old one. Someone didn't discover this during their "meticulous inspection"...or didn't want to spend thirty bucks replacing. Jaffarian did not have the proprietary software to fix the computer problem.....so did not honor the 60 day warranty -- they offered $400 on $1600 repair. Having seen the level of honesty here, did not bother to contact them about radiator hose. Filed complaint with Mass Attorney General. Appalling. Catastrophic. Horrific. And as a side note, they assume all customers are complete morons. Patronizing and condescending. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. More

After much searching from several other dealerships (who were also very friendly and eager to sell) we decided to continue with Jaffarian's because of the promise to meet or beat any other offers. We like dealing with a dealership closer to home and the fact that we have been customers for several years--this being our 6th vehicle from them. Louis worked hard to overcome negative feelings we had from the previous experience. The overall experience won our confidence back. Thank you. More

Incredible! This dealership knocked our socks off. Every person we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. My husband and I are in our 60's so we have bought a few cars over the years and never before d person we encountered was warm, friendly and helpful. My husband and I are in our 60's so we have bought a few cars over the years and never before did we say to ourselves, "Wow, what a great group of people." Even if we did not buy a car we know they would still have been genuinly helpful. We plan on telling everyone we know to check out Jaffarian's before they buy a car. I am sure they will thank us, just as we thanked Carl Rogers and the whole gang at Jaffarian's. Carl, a handsome young man, knows everything there is to know about cars. Check it out for yourself. This was one of my best experience with a dealer. From the start to finish it was wonderful event. When we went there we where looking at a used car and end up walking out with a new one because it was on the start to finish it was wonderful event. When we went there we where looking at a used car and end up walking out with a new one because it was only a few dollars more with more features. We had our 3 year old child with us and after a few hours looking at cars he was getting restless. Dale entertained him when we where talking to Mike the finance guy and Dennis the Sales manger. We look forward for when we buy our next car. More
Overall I had a very good experience. The truck was in great shape and priced appropriately. I had a service issue but it was resolved immediately and to my satisfation.
