My partner and I put a lot of time and research into what we wanted from a new car when our lease would expire in November of 2020 and deciding on a 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE, we started shopping around at vario we wanted from a new car when our lease would expire in November of 2020 and deciding on a 2020 Camry Hybrid XLE, we started shopping around at various Toyota dealers in July of 2020. The first few we visited, we were accommodated in our request to test drive and ask questions, but between our anticipated timeline, finances, and/or individual experiences with each dealer, the timing just wasn't right. Until we stepped into Jaffarian. We were barely out of our car when we were better by Ivan, who wound up helping us through nearly all of the sales process. We did not step in to Jaffarian Toyota with the expectation of making a purchase that day; we came with just the intent of checking it, meeting the sales people, and asking some questions about possible options. We got all of that, and so much more. Chris, the sales manager actually said to us "we're gonna do what it takes to make you happy". And they did! Ivan was very patient with us, and if he didn't know the answer to a question, he didn't try to give us fluff or be evasive. Everyone at Jaffarian was genuine. I felt like I was buying a car from my brother. Sure, it took a while; they didn't have the be exact model/color we wanted, so we had to come back a few days later after putting down a deposit. They took in our lease and were very fair on their estimate and we felt we got a very good deal in that regard, and when it came to the finance stuff, the financial guru we dealt with, Greg, couldn't have been more through on explaining everything, and helping us understand each step of the paperwork - though, actually, everything was done on this really cool flat panel computer on top of his desk! So no paperwork! I never felt pressured, or rushed, and my partner and I couldn't be more happy with our new car! We will definitely be passing on the name Jaffarian to anyone we know who is in the market for a new car. Thank you so much Ivan, Chris, and Greg! And most of all, Jaffarian Toyota! More
