Communication lacks throughout the department. I have gone in for 4 appointments trying to resolve my initial concerns/issues, to still not have it resolved as it should be. I waited 4 hours for a key fob programming and to not even have the fob that is meant for my model trim given to me after waiting weeks for them to get there system up and running. More

The service on my vehicle was good; however, in the last two visits, my car was found to be very dirty when returned. Black smudges were found all over the steering wheel, seat, etc., as well as outside the two visits, my car was found to be very dirty when returned. Simple measures could have easily prevented these issues. Also, it was stated that my car would be cleaned and detailed, but this did not occur on either of the last two visits in service. I will also note that attempting to communicate with the service manager was extremely difficult. Calls went unanswered and transferred to a voice mailbox that was full. Messages to return calls went unanswered. More

My car didn’t even make it home. They said they would pay for repairs and set up an appointment to repair other issues and it’s still not done. And no refund on repairs either.
