Purchased an Electric vehicle. They were selling a care package that promoted free oil changes which I did not need for an electric vehicle for 2995 which I declined. In my offer s They were selling a care package that promoted free oil changes which I did not need for an electric vehicle for 2995 which I declined. In my offer sheet they agreed to sell me vehicle for 62k. The offer sheet listed a reconditioning fee of 2995.The financing was all electronic. When I got document email. I found they snuck the care package in and added it to the sale price. So I ended up paying over 64k . I called to question at 329 RecovR fee which is a gps tracker that the vehicle I purchased has OnStar so not needed. that’s when I found out it was a part of the care package I had declined and the care package was listed as the reconditioning fee listed on offer sheet. The sales manager and general manager have not responded to my attempts to speak with them. Left several messages. They committed fraud. Very deceptive they added oil changes and tracking device both item that are no value to me. I live over an hour from this dealership and the vehicle I purchased is still under manufacturer warranty so I didn’t want or need any additional care package. Shameful service. More
