THE WORST brought my vehicle to Atlantic Blvd location for warranty repair of the 2017 Dodge Journey. Prior the issues were mentioned to Nurseryfields location brought my vehicle to Atlantic Blvd location for warranty repair of the 2017 Dodge Journey. Prior the issues were mentioned to Nurseryfields location and due to communication break down were never addressed. Issues include: Fuel concern - MTE spikes from major highs to zeroing out while driving. The MPG is extremely lower than when the vehicle was first purchased although conditions of driving have not changed. Transmission concern - Shifts hard and feels like the bottom is literally about to fall out of the bottom of the vehicle, slow acceleration, RPMs going over the norm when trying to accelerate at a normal pace. Key Fob concern - Car locks fob in vehicle Issues were described to multiple Dodge customer service, Dodge case manager, Dodge case manager's supervisor, the Dodge dealer purchased from (Nursery Fields Dr location) -- service advisers, technicians, and multiple managers, , Dodge dealer where car was receiving most recent service (Atlantic Blvd location) including advisers and service directors, and The Terry Taylor Group who is in connection with these dealerships. Communication is a breakdown and the vehicle is not fixed still. Being only 10 months old it has not even been safe to drive for a month. I was left with no loaner or rental car so I had to figure out different sources to transport my small children and myself around while the car was at the dealership for repair. The vehicle is still experiencing issues and the dealership/ corporation can not and will not resolve this problem satisfactorily. In addition when I have went to pick up my vehicle multiple times from the Atlantic location other drivers are having issues with their transmissions and/or similar concerns I am experiencing. Doesn't seem like they care much for their customers corporate all the way down to dealership level. Summary, they do not make customer service top priority and when I went to pick up my vehicles other people were getting the same run around answers. Not sure if they don't know their company policies or just don't know what they are doing. Either way do not purchase from these dealers. More
Worst dealership ever!!!! Never ever bring your car in to be serviced at this dealership!!!. They give you an appointment, you bring your car in and let it sit there until they have time to look at it days later. Why have an appointment - no clue?! I guess it’s ok to be without it a car and let it sit there until they have time. You have to go through 3 people who are clueless to even see if they have even looked at it. The charge you to even look at a problem to diagnose it. I love my jeep but never going back unless it’s for free grease and oil. Bring your jeep anywhere else!!! More

They kept me there for over 8 hours with promise after promise, all of which turned out to be complete lies. Sean ( the general sales manager) then threatened to have me arrested because they couldn't attain the financing I was promised and I wasn't going to resign any new paperwork. Don't let them use scare tactics and lies to force you into something that you aren't comfortable with. It's very by the way they handled my deal that this is something they do on a regular basis and get away with. More
DON'T GO ANYWHERE ELSE THIS is how every new car buying experience should be. The day before we visited their sister store and had TERRIBLE customer service. So, naturally, we had our guard up a little heading to this dealership. We walked in without an appointment, but didn't have to wait long. We told Dave the type of Jeep we were interested in, and he showed us around their lot (huge selection fyi!). He was easy to talk to and was patient with all of our requests. When it came time to sit down, he got us an amazing deal (that we're still bragging about to our friends and family), and we truly feel he had our best interest at heart. 10/10 recommend More
Wonderful service dept!! Thank you Shay!! My husband and I were driving a friends 2014 Jeep Compass from West palm beach to upstate ny. The car had been totally looked over by a Jeep dealer in My husband and I were driving a friends 2014 Jeep Compass from West palm beach to upstate ny. The car had been totally looked over by a Jeep dealer in w palm beach or so they said. They charged her $2800 for what I have no idea! The vehicle only has 2500 miles on it! Anyway, 4 hours into our drive the Jeep died in the middle of i95 with trucks flying by at 80mp! We some how made it to the side of the road. We looked up the nearest Jeep dealer which was 11 miles away. We called ahead and talked to Shay who said she was packed but would get us in if we could get there. Somehow we made it to the dealership starting and stopping all along the way! Shay was waiting for us along with Moe Jalen and Edwin. The car literally died when we got to the dealership and they had to push it in with a hand cart. They looked at it immediately, found the issue and changed out a relay and we were on our way! It was all done with so much kindness, professionalism, and speed. We could not have been happier! Thank God for Shay!! More

From painting my driver and passenger door to fixing crushed rockers panels, the collision center always does a great job. I also visit the collision center anytime I have a question or concern on my vehicle such as scratches, windshield etc. Amanda Newberry and Chris always do a great job of taking care of my concerns. I highly recommend this collision center. More
