Do not utilize this Dealership for any vehicle repair or - J Garner
Do not utilize this Dealership for any vehicle repair or work that requires you leave the vehicle overnight.
Once again, this Dealership has failed in such a way that I feel the need to post a lengthy review. I took my 2023 Hellcat into the dealership to have repair work done after striking debris on the highway. (The front air dam and splash shield were damaged.)
While waiting for the insurance adjuster to come inspect the vehicle Jacksonville CJDR Westside parked my $80k vehicle in a back lot parking spot backed up against Commonwealth Ave in clear view of the passing road and sidewalk traffic.
On the night of Dec 12th sometime after midnight my vehicle broke into. The dealership stated the perpetrators crossed the entire back lot to reach my vehicle. So, they parked on a side road and crossed the entirety of the dealership backlot to reach my vehicle.
My car was individually targeted as no other car was broken into based on the police statement. So, the dealership has security cameras that they were able to review the footage the following morning, but no night security on-site to protect anything nor apparently does their security camera system alert anyone to movement on the lot after hours.
They stole the Hood, broke the passenger window to gain access to the vehicle and stole all the Demonic Red seats (Front and Rear) from the vehicle and mind you they had to carry these fully back across the entire dealership back lot to return to wherever they parked their own vehicle.
It was not until after the vehicle was broken into and the passenger window was nothing more than a piece of cellophane and an exposed engine, that the dealership decided maybe they should secure the vehicle inside one of the garages least more things be stolen from it.
To show how shady this Dealership is on 6/19/26 they had the Service Director email me with a release form to sign and then have notarized for the repair of my car.
Apon reading the form it was in no way a release for the repairs to my damaged vehicle. It was a Release of all Property Damage Claims for the Dealership and Insurer and an NDA to keep me from speaking, posting or discussing the fact that my vehicle was broken into on their lot.
They claim the repairs cost $38,193.43 (Dealer cost not what it would have cost me or my insurance). To include loss of use, and other good and valuable consideration. Which is in and of itself a falsehood. They denied a vehicle depreciation claim I attempted to file on a technicality due to the vehicle being in minor accident prior to me owning it (Second Owner) as if the damage to the vehicle while on their lot did not depreciate the vehicle more than some minor fender bender. I was never offered any type of loss of use compensation (This is while they had my vehicle for almost half a year while I was still having to make car and insurance payments). The only reason I have not posted more on Social Media, Review Platforms, Car Blogs, etc... was because the Service Manager was the one positive the Dealership had going for them, after Jennifer got involved, I was kept updated weekly as to the status of the repairs happening to the vehicle. Even after two post repair inspections where there were multiple QA issues that had to be addressed, I finally retook possession of my car. Yet there are still minor issues to be fixed on the vehicle, cracked sill plate, issues with window tint (that have since been resolved thanks to Jennifer), but the wrong emblems were installed after painting, and I still have heard nothing from their Dealership’s body shop after in regard to correcting that after almost a month.
But trying to get me to sign a Waiver/NDA under the false guise of it being a release for the repairs shows me everything I need to know about both Jacksonville CJDR Westside's owners, their Insurer Gallegher Bassett and whichever Legal entity blessed off on this attempt to silence a loyal customer's valid complaints
