They kept me there for over 8 hours with promise after promise, all of which turned out to be complete lies. Sean ( the general sales manager) then threatened to have me arrested because they couldn't attain the financing I was promised and I wasn't going to resign any new paperwork. Don't let them use scare tactics and lies to force you into something that you aren't comfortable with. It's very by the way they handled my deal that this is something they do on a regular basis and get away with. More

So, naturally, we had our guard up a little heading to this dealership. We walked in without an appointment, but didn't have to wait long. We told Dave the type of Jeep we were interested in, and he showed us around their lot (huge selection fyi!). He was easy to talk to and was patient with all of our requests. When it came time to sit down, he got us an amazing deal (that we're still bragging about to our friends and family), and we truly feel he had our best interest at heart. 10/10 recommend More
Wonderful service dept!! Thank you Shay!! My husband and I were driving a friends 2014 Jeep Compass from West palm beach to upstate ny. The car had been totally looked over by a Jeep dealer in My husband and I were driving a friends 2014 Jeep Compass from West palm beach to upstate ny. The car had been totally looked over by a Jeep dealer in w palm beach or so they said. They charged her $2800 for what I have no idea! The vehicle only has 2500 miles on it! Anyway, 4 hours into our drive the Jeep died in the middle of i95 with trucks flying by at 80mp! We some how made it to the side of the road. We looked up the nearest Jeep dealer which was 11 miles away. We called ahead and talked to Shay who said she was packed but would get us in if we could get there. Somehow we made it to the dealership starting and stopping all along the way! Shay was waiting for us along with Moe Jalen and Edwin. The car literally died when we got to the dealership and they had to push it in with a hand cart. They looked at it immediately, found the issue and changed out a relay and we were on our way! It was all done with so much kindness, professionalism, and speed. We could not have been happier! Thank God for Shay!! More
Collision Center I have had several jobs done at this collision center and have always been pleased with the work done. From painting my driver and passenger door to fixing crushed rockers panels, the collision center always does a great job. I also visit the collision center anytime I have a question or concern on my vehicle such as scratches, windshield etc. Amanda Newberry and Chris always do a great job of taking care of my concerns. I highly recommend this collision center. More

Collision Repair Had my 15' Challenger in the collision center for accident repairs, I dealt with Amanda and Lisa and they were both wonderful. I was kept up to date o Had my 15' Challenger in the collision center for accident repairs, I dealt with Amanda and Lisa and they were both wonderful. I was kept up to date on status of the vehicle continuously, and they were also patient with me, (lack of a better word - Picky) with my Challenger. The whole experience was great, the repairs were great and done in timely fashion, in and out in 13 days, Amanda and Lisa are great assets to there collision center. Thanks guys for all the hard work and great job. More
FALSE ADVERTIZEMENT OF BEING A CUSTOM JEEP REPAIR FACILITY DO NOT BRING YOUR CUSTOM JEEP HERE FOR REPAIRS! This dealership is not a custom jeep repair facility. dropped off my 2001 custom lifted jeep for a che DO NOT BRING YOUR CUSTOM JEEP HERE FOR REPAIRS! This dealership is not a custom jeep repair facility. dropped off my 2001 custom lifted jeep for a check engine code diagnosis and CV joint repair. 2 weeks and over 1,000 dollars in labor later they still can't fix anything that i brought my jeep in to be repaired or find the root cause. they were claiming corrosion issues etc. they replace one of my check engine code problems which is a new radiator and new radiator fan. while putting in the fan they crack the new radiator and damage the 1 year old fan. and break the relay. they were kind enough to replace the damaged parts. go to pick it up and there is no coolent in the system. they forgot and they top it off and send me on my way. the next day the whole front end comes apart, the radiator hoses are mostly off and the bumper, housing, headlights, and other items are loose and falling off. had vehicle towed back to dealership and awaiting resolution, i do not believe they have certified mechanics working here because they mechanic did not have a uniform on and did not seem to know what he was talking about when discussing the fan relay. they also damaged the PCM while using diagnostic tools on the jeep and did not apply the correct firmware for my PCM from 2001. bottom line is they do not have the right equipment or the right mechanics to be servicing custom jeeps. a complaint has been filed with the BBB and if the jeep cannot be repaired additional litigation may be pursued. worst service ever and left with way more problems that i came in with. DO NOT BRING YOUR CUSTOM JEEP HERE FOR REPAIRS! More

I was not at fault in the accident and it couldn’t have come at a worse time having just moved down to Jacksonville. It was an added stress that I definitely didn’t need and was dreading the thought of dealing with a body shop. I decided to get an estimate from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge collision Center because I’ve used their service center before and had a pleasant experience. I’m glad I did. As this was my first accident I was apprehensive but was guided through the process by Amanda and Lisa who were both very professional. Having dealt more with Amanda, I can say that I was very impressed by her attentiveness and attention to detail in regards to the repair work. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a no hassle repair experience. More

New vehicle purchases come with complimentary Oil changes, unless you forget to get them to sign on it. Two of our vehicles got free oil changes for a period. We then continue to have them serviced here and we pay. It was during my Charger's oil change (they beat up every one of my rims during tire rotation) that my husband browsed around and bought his new $46k Ram. I had to come by after work to turn in his "like new" current truck and paperwork was quickly signed. Well today for it's first oil change, they refused to comp it. After speaking to a manager, still no dice. So gone is any future business of ours, over oil changes! They let us walk, so since they don't care where we spend our money, it won't be here. More
