Husband was out of town and I was driving his Dodge Ram 1500, the tail light lamp came on, and I am a pretty handy lady so I decided to change it myself. Turns out I cant get into the tail light because th 1500, the tail light lamp came on, and I am a pretty handy lady so I decided to change it myself. Turns out I cant get into the tail light because the screw is stripped. Figure I'd take it to this dealership as they are right down the street for some help. Dealership wanted to charge me $203.32 to even look at a stripped screw. New to Jacksonville, and we definitely wont be doing business with this dealership. Its literally a stripped screw, I wouldn't mind paying but $200 bucks? Pure Evil. More

Picked up a new Dodge Ram truck, with pre approved financing from my own bank. On signing the documents was told they need to run my credit even though my financing was pre approved, they said because financing from my own bank. On signing the documents was told they need to run my credit even though my financing was pre approved, they said because of the Patriot Act which is incorrect. I wonder how many people get scammed into running their credit and dinging it without even realizing that’s illegal. Well this put a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of the deal most probably should have run. Did not let them run my credit so if you come up against this just refuse. More
Came to dealership for 3 things. Start/stop battery not working, dash lights flickering all the time and oil change. On my last visit I was told I had one free oil change and tire rotation from when I purc working, dash lights flickering all the time and oil change. On my last visit I was told I had one free oil change and tire rotation from when I purchased the vehicle. So 5 1/2 hours with an appointment they installed a new battery under warranty, performed my oil change and explained that the dash light problem was due to the battery. After waiting all this time I was presented with a $100 oil change invoice, my stop/start is working but my dash lights are still flickering. Going to a different dealer from now on. Stay away from this place!! More
The Service department has no idea of Customer Service. I had an Appointment which, to them means nothing. An Appointment is only a time when you can drop your vehicle off; it does not reserve you a time slo had an Appointment which, to them means nothing. An Appointment is only a time when you can drop your vehicle off; it does not reserve you a time slot for maintenance. The Appointment was set for a specific list of work that is not communicated to the Service Advisor so, you must start all over with the explanation of needs. My vehicle was there for 5.5 hours before I was called to again "authorize" the service. 30 minutes before they close, I called to inquire about picking up my vehicle and they stated it wouldn't be ready until the next day. At 9am the next day, I didn't agree to their exorbitant quote. At Noon, I left a VM asking when I could pick up my vehicle. At 3:30p on day 2, I showed up to pick up my vehicle and found it in line for the requested oil change. I waited another hour for the oil change to be completed. I communicated my dissatisfaction with my Service Advisor (Quenita), her Manager (Anthony) and his Manager (Charlie). Quenita was simply overwhelmed. Anthony doesn't care about anyone or anything. was extremely cordial and provided explanations for service failures including, telling me that I should understand Anthony is coping with problems at home. JaxCJD Service Department is an example of a business broken. Nice people that no longer care. It's hard to avoid such a major dealership but, prepare yourself for frustration and failed communication. More

B Poor Customer Service Terrible communication Service director is no help and also has poor communication skills when dealing with our situation. Brand removed from vehicle doesn’t appear to be the same one that was replaced back onto the vehicle. This is a potential problem for sure! Had to call repeatedly for updates on things and would leave messages with no return call. Asked for a light to be replaced and on the ticket it states they couldn’t duplicate the issue, start the vehicle to take home, yep, that issue is still there. Now have to take it somewhere reliable to have that fixed since clearly it can’t be done here. Absolutely disappointed with the entire experience once again here at this location. This is being poorly managed. More
Great start - train wreck at the end! They almost fooled us! We understand sales is a hard business. All we ever require is honesty. We expect a certain amount of sales pressure and antics between the sales rep and the floor managers, and all of that was actually quite tolerable as we know to just take it with a grain of salt. It was our first trip to that dealership, first time seeing this particular vehicle (there or anywhere), and are looking to buy when we found the right car, not just browsing. For a variety of reasons (exhaustion, hunger, credit is frozen, no checkbook, etc. etc.) we were not ready to close a deal on a vehicle at 10:00pm (after hours). We had no idea we were even going to go look at cars – it was a last minute drive-by decision. And while we were perfectly upfront about that when we arrived there late in the evening they of course tried with all their might to close us. Again, we get it. There was no price displayed on the van, so our sales rep Tim told us to bring up their website to look it up, and he showed me where and how to find it on my phone, and noted that all prices are online. That vehicle’s price was $22,500. Forward to the first visit from the floor manager and he started his offer at $27,500 (maybe $26,500k? Something in that much higher area – I didn’t realize at the time that was a detail that was worth remembering) to which we looked puzzled as the listed price was $22,500 and showed him on the website. He went “in back” and returned to note that yes the price had been reduced and hadn’t yet updated on his end so we were back to the $22,500 price. We finally broke free and left and let them know that we would be back the next day (today) to continue. So what happened overnight? Hmmmmmm. *************HERE’S THE PHENOMENON WE WANT TO SHARE: The Internet price of that same car is now listed today at $26,500 – changed from the $22,500 it was last night. The dealership called us twice today, once to ask if we were going to be stopping by (yes, we are) and the second time to let us know that there was a mistake in the pricing last night and that vehicle has now been corrected up to $26,500 and they just wanted us to know they had made a mistake. Oh really? In fact, really ironic, the internet price of EVERY Pacifica that we looked at last night has been increased literally by several thousands of dollars. I guess then that every single one of them had a mistake. Lucky for them they didn’t sell one to us last night, right?! Funny though, if you take a look at their own listed pricing history of the car we were going to purchase: April 7 - $24,700, April 9 - $24,000, May 16 - $22,500 (the price on the day we were there). And now today, May 17 - $26.500. I bet you won’t be surprised if I say you can find essentially the same history on the other vehicles we were looking at that suddenly had price increases overnight. Wow. They’ve been making “mistakes” on their published prices for almost 2 months. Needless to say we are not purchasing from them and will be sure to tell all of our friends and family about their “pricing challenges”. More
