A week of requests and NOTHING happened. Conner Marshall is a internet sales person. I asked him for a price, a sales quote, specific pictures of anything that was not perfect on a $40000 suv Conner Marshall is a internet sales person. I asked him for a price, a sales quote, specific pictures of anything that was not perfect on a $40000 suv. I have received nothing. He has texted and asked the same questions over and over. Do you have a trade, do you want to finance, where do you live? I asked multiple times for specific things and he has provided nothing..,,horrible experience for a cash buyer from 7 hours away but at least he has time to make a stupid video on the web site about himself. What a joke! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Worst dealership in Jacksonville, do not trust them!! They are extremely shady, my husband went in last week bought a vehicle signed all the paperwork Worst dealership in Jacksonville, do not trust them!! They are extremely shady, my husband went in last week bought a vehicle signed all the paperwork, done deal. The car was his and he took it home. He gets a call today from them saying there was one more document he needed to sign. They wouldn’t disclose what the document was over the phone, so my husband went up there and when they handed him the document, they had completely changed the agreement that was made the week before. The rate was raised, there was no warranty and the payments would not be deferred as they were going to be before. My husband declined this new agreement, seeing as how this was not what he agreed too last week when he purchased the vehicle. They took the car back and returned his car he traded in and the dealership didn’t even have to decency to wipe off the sticker residue left on his old car. I would never recommend this place to anyone!!! What a terrible experience! More

Had a recall on our 2019 Dodge RAM after having it for only two months. Scheduled for service and had to leave overnight. After we picked up the truck, did not notice until we got home that the passenger window was cracked. Called the Service Department and left messages for almost a week before we received a return call. Took the truck back to the Service Department and the Service Manager would not have the window fixed. Due to our insurance deductible, we are stuck with a bill of almost $400 to replace the window. Needless to say, we are very disappointed with the dealership Service Department and will not take our vehicle back to this dealership for service. So, if you have your vehicle serviced, make sure you check it over very carefully to make sure there is no damage before leaving the dealership. More

LIARS promised to EVAC & RECHARGE a/c & left me with HOT A/C April 17, 2019 I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger into Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge TODAY (I had appt) at 11am because my a/c was losing cool in April 17, 2019 I brought my 2014 Dodge Charger into Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge TODAY (I had appt) at 11am because my a/c was losing cool in the right zone and all of the a/c was warming up during a minute or two of idling. Even though I STILL had very cold air on the left side, I could tell on hot days that the right side was losing cold air output. I also had to get a recall fixed (takata airbag) and an oil change. I had just replaced the condenser on this car 6 months ago at another Dodge dealer and I had a 2 year warranty. That repair cost was almost $1400.00. I had paid $106.95 then for a diagnostic (Sept 18') to determine what was wrong. When they told me it was the condenser. I had no choice but to pay to get it fixed which I did. So here it is 6 months later, and my car had the same symptoms, right zone losing cold air and during idling making all air vents go warm. I had a 2 year warranty on the a/c recent repair, so I was eager to have Dodge look at it. I had 95% Left / 90% right cold air when I pulled into the service area. When I met with the service advisor "Curtis", he practically fell all over his self to make sure I understood that a "replaced compressor warranty" would not cover a condenser if it was bad. I pointed out that the compressor was not what was replaced, it was the condenser. He then made sure I understood that if the compressor was bad, that that would not be covered by a "replaced condenser warranty". I just said "I'm aware of that." (also aware he was setting up the coming "sale", do they make commission?) Then he tells me that the diagnostic to determine the leak is $250. I asked him why, I just paid $106.95 for the same thing 6 months ago. He said: "Because thats 2 hours of labor and they have to EVAC AND RECHARGE the system." I reluctantly agreed and signed the paper authorizing the test. Curtis calls me around 4:15pm to let me know that they have discovered that the problem is the "evaporator" and the cost to fix it is $2175.00. I would be paying $3773 for 2 a/c repairs in 6 months! I declined to have the repair made. When my car was ready, i returned to the dealership. Curtis and I talked about the fact that I have had 3 air condition components fail in a 6 month period, the condenser, the blower fan and now the evaporator, all within 6 months. I could not/would not agree to the repair, so I paid the $250 for the diagnostic, thanked Curtis and left. I got in my car and started it up. What was previously cold air coming out the vents (95% left side/90% right side) was now ALL hot air. I gave it a minute or two to be sure, but no, it was not cold at all. I go back in the dealership and tell Curtis I have no cold air. He was ready with his response (all seemed planned to me) and he said: "yeah the tech said that the freon was all just about gone, so its couldn't be very cold". How could he have the answer to a question I had not asked yet? And if that is the case, don't you think they should have told me I am leaving with NO a/c at all?? This was a LIE because I had still had 90-95% cold air coming from the vents. Only the right vent was less cold by 10%. I said "NO." It was very cold when I got here, only the right side was a little warmer which is exactly what I said to you earlier. I said: " well that's not gonna work! I came in here with cold air for a leak test and I expect to leave here with the same level of cold air I had when I came in here. Plus the problem started a week ago and I was just now able to get in here today, so it must be a very slow leak." He said I'll go check with the technician. He leaves and comes back and says; "he is telling me that the "machine" (the R1234 machine) that evacs and recharges car a/c systems, "will not put freon back into a car that has a leak".(!) I say; "Then you'll should have told me THAT! Then he says "the EPA regulates that". Yeah right, they regulate the machine IN your shop. BS. MORE LIES. I know this is a BLATANT LIE because 6 months ago when I went to the other Dodge dealership, they actually FILLED up my car with R1234 WHILE IT WAS LEAKING because the condenser part had to be ordered and it would take a few days for it to come in. I tell Curtis; "You'll promised to EVAC & RECHARGE my system and you're sending me out of here with HOT air only! That's not going to work and I'm going to need to see the Service Manager." Curtis said they are gone for the day. I say then "I will need to see the General Manager." He just said "ok". I thanked him and went to find the General Manager but they just gave me the run around and put me in touch with a guy from "finance". I was so appalled with the service they just gave me & then try to pass me off to some finance guy, I turned around to walk out and as I walked passed the showroom and while raising my voice I said: "If you'll don't want to help me, I will find someone who will!!".... and... you can take you ****k*** Charger and shove it up your ***!! There were at least 10 customers in there and E V E R Y B O D Y heard what I had to say as I calmly walked out. I will never go back and I will never buy another Dodge. This is absolutely ridiculous on a $250 diagnostic a/c "test" to be told they will "EVAC & RECHARGE" the system and then leave you with a hot a/c and blame it on a "machine". They are trying to FORCE me into a $2200 repair and i resent it. They are so corrupt, the mechanic even had the nerve to put on my service order: "low freon" which is another BLATANT LIE. I will dispute the charge with my CC company and I will file complaints until my fingers bleed. FYI. Buyer beware. Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge doesn't give a flying flip about you or customer service. Their employees are trained to LIE to make you think you need a repair and at top dollar $$$$. Here's what you need to know: the Freon refrigerant R123 is the new standard for a/c systems in modern cars. It requires a special machine to evac and recharge a/c systems. Even the port to connect to the car was redesigned. I am told the machine cost is at least $10K. 6 months ago when I was looking for alternatives for my $1400 condenser repair, I called Pep Boys, Midas and other secondary repair shops and NONE of them had this new machine yet cause of the cost. That's WHY I was treated like DIRT today, BLATANTLY LIED to, didn't have my a/c recharged as PROMISED-- because Dodge knows you HAVE to come to them for the repair if you want A/C! They do it because they CAN. They think if they rob you of air condition in Florida, you will do just about anything to get it back. Not this time! I will sell the car and NEVER EVER step foot in a dodge dealership again. Here's the thing, even tho I am selling the car which is only 5 years old, that car will ABSOLUTELY have to go back to a dealership if they want the A/C to work. At least until everyone else gets up to speed to level the playing field to give consumers a choice over the DEVILS who troll us today. It a very sad affair what they are doing to people. I will tell every Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep owner I ever meet about their pathetic attempts to get my money & I will do it for the rest of my life. It didn't have to be this way! They could have welcomed me with open arms, acknowledged my a/c warranty, offer to help determine the problem & refill my freon as they should have while telling me I had a evaporator going bad. For God's sake, I had a leak, sooner or later it would have run out of freon and I would have been forced to have it fixed. But instead they try to manhandle me and all they got was a lost customer & a LIFETIME of bad publicity over a few measly bucks. PATHETIC. More

Long story shortened: Brought truck in for engine noise, found and and attempted to replace exhaust manifold. broke off a bolt in the head, had to replace the head. after a month of work, truck was put back together and turned on. The truck had a loud sound in it and then turned off, it had blown a piston. during this time after I dropped off the truck, I had not seen it until after it had chunks of piston separated in one of the cylinders and down in the crank. the response to the fact that the service department blew up my engine was that it was not their problem and did i want to spend 3k on top of what an external warranty company was giving me for a new "dodge" engine, or just take the new aftermarket engine. opted in the end for the new aftermarket engine. another 2 months go by and i get the truck back. 14k miles later it has a sound again. take it in for a oil change, oil flush and an inspection in case the sound is warranty related. they stated that i was not. returned the truck to me and i drove off the lot. nothing sounded different until the next day. I turned the truck on and it was knocking. After that I sold the truck due to not being comfortable driving it. when dealing with the whole situation i requested to speak to people in higher positions, I got to the service director and when he would not help i asked about the owners and what they said, and apparently everyone was on the same page. they would not take responsibility for anything that happened. The vehicle is great and my experience was phenomenal. I came in to browse the used care set on not buying a Wrangler for a few months.(I had been searching online for the right Wrangler and thinking about it for over 6 months) Norman Roussel brought me out and showed me what was on the lot, but also took the time to feel me out and find what I was looking for financially and the Jeep itself. Long story short, he brought me out to a blue Jeep that can only be described as "badass". It was the one, but I was very reluctant to buy and told Norman that it would not happen today. He said that was fine, but there is no harm in seeing what I have available. After Norman came to me with what they could do as far as financing and making the vehicle affordable without putting me in a bad place financially, I felt more comfortable and agreed to proceed. Norman really looked out for my interests and used his expertise to help me make my decision. And what a great decision!!! IT's been a week and no buyers remorse here! Also, I wanted to point out that Bill in finance was so friendly and easy to work with. He showed me all of the options that were available for me to protect me and my vehicle, and while I only accepted what I wanted (the gap and 100,000 powertrain) there were no smoke and mirrors that you hear about when buying a car. The dealership has a great professional and comfortable atmosphere that the leadership should be proud of. I have been in sales and working around dealerships for over 20+ years in Jacksonville and Charleston SC and this dealership is heads above the rest. (I managed an Enterprise on a dealership location for 5 years, so I know!) More

It was going t I took my 2013 Dodge Journey for a simple oil change. I got called and told that the oil filter housing was broken and needed replaced. It was going to be $740 out the door they said. I never had any issues with leaking oil or been told the housing was broken during past oil changes. I had another mechanic look at it and he said it was a recent break. I suspected that something broke when they were changing oil. I took it back in and confronted them. Got pulled into an office with the service department director who said they were not liable because I couldn't prove they broke it. He said the best they could do was offer free labor if I paid for the parts. Then they tried to overcharge me for the parts! So I did my own investigating and found what was broken, It was a the oil filter bypass valve, a little piece of plastic and a spring that clips on in the oil filter housing. I got a replacement for $28 at Advanced Auto Parts. This dealership is ripping people off daily. They wanted me to pay $740 dollars!!! I fixed my own car for $28 dollars after this dealership would not stand behind their work and clearly broke something on my car. I will never go back and neither should you. They are thieves! More
