B Poor Customer Service Terrible communication Service director is no help and also has poor communication skills when dealing with our situation. Brand removed from vehicle doesn’t appear to be the same one that was replaced back onto the vehicle. This is a potential problem for sure! Had to call repeatedly for updates on things and would leave messages with no return call. Asked for a light to be replaced and on the ticket it states they couldn’t duplicate the issue, start the vehicle to take home, yep, that issue is still there. Now have to take it somewhere reliable to have that fixed since clearly it can’t be done here. Absolutely disappointed with the entire experience once again here at this location. This is being poorly managed. More
Great start - train wreck at the end! They almost fooled us! We understand sales is a hard business. All we ever require is honesty. We expect a certain amount of sales pressure and antics between the sales rep and the floor managers, and all of that was actually quite tolerable as we know to just take it with a grain of salt. It was our first trip to that dealership, first time seeing this particular vehicle (there or anywhere), and are looking to buy when we found the right car, not just browsing. For a variety of reasons (exhaustion, hunger, credit is frozen, no checkbook, etc. etc.) we were not ready to close a deal on a vehicle at 10:00pm (after hours). We had no idea we were even going to go look at cars – it was a last minute drive-by decision. And while we were perfectly upfront about that when we arrived there late in the evening they of course tried with all their might to close us. Again, we get it. There was no price displayed on the van, so our sales rep Tim told us to bring up their website to look it up, and he showed me where and how to find it on my phone, and noted that all prices are online. That vehicle’s price was $22,500. Forward to the first visit from the floor manager and he started his offer at $27,500 (maybe $26,500k? Something in that much higher area – I didn’t realize at the time that was a detail that was worth remembering) to which we looked puzzled as the listed price was $22,500 and showed him on the website. He went “in back” and returned to note that yes the price had been reduced and hadn’t yet updated on his end so we were back to the $22,500 price. We finally broke free and left and let them know that we would be back the next day (today) to continue. So what happened overnight? Hmmmmmm. *************HERE’S THE PHENOMENON WE WANT TO SHARE: The Internet price of that same car is now listed today at $26,500 – changed from the $22,500 it was last night. The dealership called us twice today, once to ask if we were going to be stopping by (yes, we are) and the second time to let us know that there was a mistake in the pricing last night and that vehicle has now been corrected up to $26,500 and they just wanted us to know they had made a mistake. Oh really? In fact, really ironic, the internet price of EVERY Pacifica that we looked at last night has been increased literally by several thousands of dollars. I guess then that every single one of them had a mistake. Lucky for them they didn’t sell one to us last night, right?! Funny though, if you take a look at their own listed pricing history of the car we were going to purchase: April 7 - $24,700, April 9 - $24,000, May 16 - $22,500 (the price on the day we were there). And now today, May 17 - $26.500. I bet you won’t be surprised if I say you can find essentially the same history on the other vehicles we were looking at that suddenly had price increases overnight. Wow. They’ve been making “mistakes” on their published prices for almost 2 months. Needless to say we are not purchasing from them and will be sure to tell all of our friends and family about their “pricing challenges”. More

My three-year-old jeep had a transmission problem just before it left warranty I took it in and they had to replace most of the transmission because it had cracked gears they told me and something was lea before it left warranty I took it in and they had to replace most of the transmission because it had cracked gears they told me and something was leaking .....three weeks after I got it back from the transmission being replaced the clutch blows and it's two days out of warranty I took it to them and the service manager who's name is Anthony called it wear and tear and told me 2000 to fix it ..... needless to say my opinion of Anthony is not good (arrogant xxx)...So I had it towed again to a reputable repair shop that would fix it for 400 less and the bonus was I didn't have to give this horrible dealership my money.... A day after I have my jeep towed from the dealership to a reputable repair shop I got a call back finally from the GM of the dealership seemingly to rub salt in the wound of my broken down jeep because he was 100% useless he told me that it was probably my fault for riding the clutch and it doesn't matter to him that I have bought two jeeps for $75,000 from that dealership what mattered was that they were not paying for it ..... well I don't understand was that I already knew they weren't paying for it at that point because I had already had my jeep towed away so I don't understand why he would've even called me at that point other than to be an arrogant xxxxxxx Because he had me on speaker phone and I could barely understand him and he had that Anthony sitting there with him so I feel as though the call was to have a laugh at my expense .....HOW UNPROFESSIONAL.....I hope the owner of this dealership reads this review and realizes what trash he has working there..... DON'T shop there More
I have been to this location twice. First time they gave me the run around with prices, the sales man was not very savy and the "manager" was an xxxxxxx and was not in his intentions to make a sale. Today I me the run around with prices, the sales man was not very savy and the "manager" was an xxxxxxx and was not in his intentions to make a sale. Today I decided to give it another shot because the car my wife want they have it. I told the sales man upfront give me the prices of the cars I ask for and then we deal with everything else. So the one I was interested in the sales man showed me a price of 23000 and then the manager came and said it was 25000 and when I told him that that was not the price I was given he said (the manager) that is a sales strategy to advertise a lower price to attract customers because of the competition but the real price was higher .. erm.. that is false advertisement and is not legal but he does not care and so he expressed it. We talked about my trade in, the Kelly blue book gives them a value of 8000 but he was only going to give me 5500 after I fought he increase it to 6500 and began to mouth trash my car which is cleaner and nicer than any used car they have with upgrades done to it that are not in the value of Kbb. Business is not bad due to competition or economy it is because of the employees running the place and the owner of this location should do something about it unless he/she is just like the employees then good luck. Had to give them 1 star only because I couldn’t give them zero stars. This used to be a very good dealership. Now I wouldn’t buy or have service done on bike through this dealership . Service department i zero stars. This used to be a very good dealership. Now I wouldn’t buy or have service done on bike through this dealership . Service department is terrible. Bought 2019 Ram Rebel dec 2018. The engine has had issues since the third day I owned it. One year later they still can’t get it fixed. It spends weeks at a time there get it back still same problem. Every time you crank it sounds like someone is killing an animal. Can’t seem to fix the AC either. Had break issues and all sorts of recalls. The “Jacksonville Package “ where they tint your windows and put Nitrogen in the tires is a massive rip off. They have re-tinted the windows three time now. Nitrogen doesn’t fluctuate the way regular O2 does with temperature changes. Lived in SC for 9 years where we had nothing but nitrogen in our tires because of the cold. First time it got cold tire pressure dropped like a rock. Took it back told them think someone made a mistake. I paid for nitrogen and these tires have O2. Got lots of apologies. They second time it happened that’s just fraud. They tried to explain that your tire pressure would still have big swings with the weather. Looked at the guy said you must be an idiot. In that’s the case why would you pay to have nitrogen? Couldn’t provide an answer. My repose was you use nitrogen to provide a stable consistent air pressure regardless of air temperatures. I had nothing but nitrogen in my tires for 9 years in SC never experienced these types of swings. So reality is they are committing fraud. Easy way to extra cash off the sale. The new line from service is let us get you out of the truck and into a new one. Are you kidding me? Beware stay away. More

They refused to give me a new U connect system or replace the truck. When asked why they would sell a vehicle that had potential problems and not disclose that .. they stated unless there is a recall they don't have to tell the customer up front and blamed everything on Chrysler I still have no resolution after almost 2 months and the owner Ken Kovacs of the dealership does not have the guts or class to even communicate with me. He hides behind his assistant mangers who have been useless More
