They may be too busy for the amount of staff they have but the two times I used them for service were both bad experiences. The last time they kept my Jeep all day and did nothing but take pictures to se but the two times I used them for service were both bad experiences. The last time they kept my Jeep all day and did nothing but take pictures to see if was a warranty issue. 10 days later after repeated phone calls they messed up and answered the phone and I got to take it back for another day. The repair took 45 minutes. Horrible shuttle service to boot. More
After owning and buying 49 vehicles in my life this dealership is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with and they suck in all aspects. Lies to get you in, lies to get the sale, shady under the t dealership is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with and they suck in all aspects. Lies to get you in, lies to get the sale, shady under the table financing department and ridiculous service department. Was brought in to buy a Jeep Wrangler that wasn't there and hadn't been there for 3 weeks. After looking at another one decided to get it for alittle more than I wanted to spend but was told I would get alot of the extra options for free. After agreeing to a price they started the paperwork which took forever. After waiting almost 2 hours they finally came back and the extras were just taken out of the trade in value. Then after being promised a decent APR when we made it to the financing guy it doubled. We told him we were promised half that and we would walk. He walked out made a phone call came back and said ok. We signed everything and then they said they couldn't find the 2nd key for a new vehicle. We drove off and the next day was asked to come back in to get the 2nd key. Got the key and left. Next day was called in said they forgot us to sign a couple pieces of paper so had to drive back in. The following day we were called in because they not only didn't get us the APR they promised but couldn't even match their original APR that was 2x as much. It was 2x as much + 2%. We told them we wanted our car back and we would not be buying it. They then told us they already sold the trade in to auction (4 days later). Also the trade in was only a 3 year old Honda Ridgeline with 48k miles on it. We fought back and forth and finally just signed it, then refinanced it a month later. Worst part was 2 months later a different salesman calls me and asked if I had the 2nd key for my trade in because he had someone that was about to buy it. LIARS, THIEVES and CHEATS More
Horrible customer service. They blew me off about a problem my brand new $50,000.00 truck was having with getting it out of park. 14 days later my truck was back in the shop for the same problem. I c problem my brand new $50,000.00 truck was having with getting it out of park. 14 days later my truck was back in the shop for the same problem. I called several times to see if I needed to get a rental and was just left on hold, one time for over 38 minutes. I finally got my service rep and she said the mechanic could feel a problem but won't know what it is until he takes it apart. I dropped the truck off for a 7:30 appointment and when she told me that it was 3:00. I guess if I wouldn't have called the mechanic would have never looked at it. A little communication goes a long way. I have no problem getting a rental but I'm not going to get one unless I need to. I'm in a needless situation since they didn't take the time to thoroughly investigate the problem the first time I brought the truck in. More
Do not waste your time with these people! They were very pushy and did not listen. They lied several times while working the numbers and when I told them I would like to think about it over night, they tol pushy and did not listen. They lied several times while working the numbers and when I told them I would like to think about it over night, they told me the car would not be there in the morning, so I would have to buy today. I decided to call their bluff and come back the next the day anyway to purchase the car. They called first thing in the morning and said the car car was still available, which was no surprise. We made a verbal agreement over he phone and they guaranteed me the car. I offered to put down a retainer and they said no. I came in the exact time I told them I would and they told me they sold the car right before I came in. I looked on the Internet and they ended up jacking up the price of the car and some poor sap purchased it at the inflated price. They were just typical slime ball salesman. I will never give them my business. More
I am frustrated because there is no communication from these guys. I call and they will NOT return my calls. I keep being told they will call me back and they do not. If you are unable to work with me hav these guys. I call and they will NOT return my calls. I keep being told they will call me back and they do not. If you are unable to work with me have the common courtesy to let me know. I told you up front what I had to work with and you said you can help. Now what??? I believe as big as that car lot is you should be able to help me, but I greed is the main objective here. No need to go in here unless you are willing to spend top dollar to make these guys an easy living. I should have known when the elderly couple walking out MAD as I walked in should have been a clue. Troy Smith showed me a JGC Overland V8 yesterday. Very friendly and knowledgable. He did his job well- asked for the sale, but didn't pressure me. Encouraged me to get a better price before coming back- h friendly and knowledgable. He did his job well- asked for the sale, but didn't pressure me. Encouraged me to get a better price before coming back- his pricing was very aggressive and i liked his honesty and style. Will definitely go back when I am ready to get this car and highly recommend asking for him when you go. More
I went into Jacksonville JCD on Black Friday to take advantage of their awesome door buster deals and to buy a "new" used car. I had received a pre approval from a lender and was only looking for the v advantage of their awesome door buster deals and to buy a "new" used car. I had received a pre approval from a lender and was only looking for the vehicle to fit the approval's perameters. When I arrived on the lot, Ron was the first to "greet" me by trying to qualify me, rather than really caring about the vehicle I was looking for. Once we got past all the formal b.s. we went to the used car side of the lot to begin looking for a vehicle. Keep in mind, before I ever began looking at vehicles I made Ron aware of prices, year model, mileage exceptions. He showed me first to an '03 Ford Explorer. The vehicle seemed in great condition but alas the miles were too high. Well, good ole' Ron had the perfect solution, there were TWO vehicles on the lot for me to chose from. There was an '06 Trailblazer with 60k miles in great shape and an '06 Equinox with rear bumper damage (need I say more). So I decided to take the Trailblazer out for a test drive and everything went perfect, once back at the dealership it was time to get down to business. Now, you know that someone has something to hide when they refuse to give you the price of a vehicle, nor will the provide a CarFax report (I found out later the vehicle they were trying to sell me had been in an accident). After spending two and a half hours waiting for all the paperwork to get started, I found out that they had run my credit and was trying to use another finance company. First of all, why would you run someone's credit if they have a pre approval, second, why didn't they just use the pre approval that was given without trying to be shady and run credit without letting me know that's what they were doing? Ok so, after we get through this garbage they tell me just go home and they will call me. Well I am glad I didn't hold my breath. It took 4.5 hours on Saturday to finally get ahold of someone. This is where things went from bad and shady to down right unacceptable. I was given a run around by a "Sales Manager" name Mike, who told me that my pre approval was no good, I needed a cosigner, and that I need $2500 down because that's the fee my pre approval company charged. So I called the loan company only to find out he is a liar. So to squash all of the doubts, runarounds, and lies, I made a 30 minute trip from the beaches to the dealership. When I got there, my sales guy was willing to help despite the fact he was busy, he went in to tell his "sales manager" I had come in to finish the deal. when he returned he told me all of the ridiculous conditions that had been given over the phone. In order to take care of any doubt, in the middle of the dealership, I got the loan company on the phone and handed the phone to Ron. Ron tried to get his "sales manager" to take the phone and talk to the loan company however he was declined because he knew he had been caught in his lies so instead of owning up to them and apologizing he stayed in his little office and sent poor Ron out to say, "sorry but we WONT do anything for you". So if this is the kind of experience you would like in trying to find a vehicle run right on down to this rip off and have a great time! More
I started this review and screen froze near the end of my story...so I will begin again. After an oil change on my 2010 Jeep Compass I bought new from your dealership and driving 2,000 miles alone on a trip I story...so I will begin again. After an oil change on my 2010 Jeep Compass I bought new from your dealership and driving 2,000 miles alone on a trip I realized my oil cap was never replaced. I brought it in and had Samantha for my Service Advisor. I asked to be with the mechanic when the hood was opened and he saw the oil all over the engine and no oil cap.She told me it wasn't allowed so I went to the waiting room. 15 minutes later she brought my keys to me and said I was ready to go. I was shocked! Another customer said a silver Jeep was out front with the hood opened. I started outside and they closed the hood. It took more than one time for me to tell them to open the hood before they finally did. I was shocked to think they expected me to take the car with oil still all over..but I did have a nice clean new yellow oil cap!! At that time Thomas Locke who I didn't know appeared and became the only one who cared about my problem. Thanks to him the engine was cleaned and the car detailed for me.I could not (and still can't) believe that is the way customers are treated when there is an obvious problem. I can't believe how rude and uncaring Samantha was. I was upset and shocked this was even happening and she didn't care at all!!! I cannot cay enough, however, about how kind and caring Thomas was. He HAS to be the most dedicated and caring employee at your dealership. He sat and talked to me and assured me my car would be cleaned before it was brought back to me. When I left I decided I would put this behind me and return for my services but NEVER have Samantha again. As Ken Kovacs wasn't in that day I sent him an email telling him about my experience. It is now a month later and he still has not been in any contact with me. I began having a problem with my blower switch last week. As it seems Ken doesn't care about customer care and follow up...I traded it in on Monday for a Honda CRV..the car I refused to buy a few years ago because I really wanted a Jeep. One last problem..I have called and left 2 messages and sent 1 email so far to your Finance Dept. I need to cancel my Car Care Service Plan and receive the remainder of my money back. No one has returned any of my requests.I called Fidelity Warranty and they told me I need to do it through the dealership. I guess this is one more reason to be glad I won't have to be ignored by Jeep again. Joyce Richards More
