Anyone that goes to this dealership be warned. This dealership is the worst... The xxxx of the earth trying to rip people off... NO I had $30,000 in cash in my pocket, I even showed it to them after they insulted me by saying I couldnt afford it ! The manager is lucky I didnt punch him in the face. I never wish anything bad for anyone but I hope this store goes under for allowing this kind of customer care... or lack there of. Specifics: 2006 Jeep Cherokee Limited 2 wheel drive, full of dog hair, scratched, not cleaned at all. Kelly Blue Book $12,450 The price they gave me 17,990, plus $699 , plus sales tax of 7% Are you xxxxx kidding me? They should all be comedians..... what a joke! More

I ran the figures on the Edmunds web site payment calculator when I got home and it was $39, over 60 months, at $664/month. It's been three years since my first experience with Jax CJD and I'm still telling friends and family to avoid it altogether. I've taken my 2001 Neon there for two major problems and after three trips for EACH problem, they weren't able to fix either to my satisfaction. They were condescending to me as a woman. They lied to me and told me things were fixed when they definitely weren't. Each service manager told me something different about the solution. When it was all said and done, I took my car to an independent repair shop and it was fixed in two days, which was much less than the almost WEEK I spent trying to fix my problem with Jax CJD, and the independent repair shop did it for MUCH less money. If you're looking for a great repair shop, check Bill's Transmission and Gears on Philips Avenue. But whatever you do, don't take your car to Jax CJD to be worked on unless you enjoy bad service. More
We had Jeep in "road vibration" and at first they could not duplicate so they sent us out with vehicle with no repair. It kept happening so when we brought it in again, once service agent tested and discov not duplicate so they sent us out with vehicle with no repair. It kept happening so when we brought it in again, once service agent tested and discovered what was happening and stated the vehicle was not road worthy and it would be repaired under warranty. Another advisor stated that we could not have a "free rental" because of the "cost of our Jeep" and made us take our vehicle home (since they had to order all new tires, didn't have in stock) and stated that the vehicle would be fine to drive. The Jeep vibrated so much that it could not be controlled on the road! Pulled to the side and had to have it picked up. Dealer then stated that they would not cover the cost! Second situation occurred when we were told our Rear Main Seal is leaking and would initially be covered by Chrysler Corporate. We had gone directly through them due to this previous situation with this dealership. Once taken to the dealership, we are now being told it will not be covered because our Jeep had been driven in mud! And it's a Jeep because why!!?? This dealership is nothing but trouble and will make sure everyone we know hears about it and why! Thanks! I can see why they were only a 2.1 BEFORE I even found this site!!! More
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO ANYONE!! The dealership is beautiful, sales personnel are sweet as syrup (as expected!!) Went in with my budget, indicated the type of vehicle I wanted (Mitsubis dealership is beautiful, sales personnel are sweet as syrup (as expected!!) Went in with my budget, indicated the type of vehicle I wanted (Mitsubishi Eclipse), what payments I wanted... The first guy could make no decisions, disappeared behind the counter and a parade of 'managers' approached me with alternate deals. This went on for 3 hours!! First day - walked out. Second day - recd 4 phone calls to please come back. Third day - rec'd call that the deal I had asked for could be done, I warned them to be absolutely sure because I had to drive 45 miles to get there, was assured that all was ok... walked in and was told that they could NOT meet my budget expectations!!! They outright LIED to me!! I demanded my key back (they reported having an appraiser look at my trade but that was never done...) Every time a guy went to get my key, another sales dude came out with a different deal!! Demanded my key be returned, finally got it back and left 30 minutes later. They told me they record phone conversations (which is illegal because they didn't tell me before the conversation!!) but it just so happened they couldn't access my phone conversation only 2 hours before (?!?!) Went straight to City Mitsubishi (Wesley was GREAT!!) dealership in Jax, was treated MUCH better and got a better deal, below my budget - and purchased a new car with less than 1/3 of interest rate that I was quoted at Jax Chrysler Jeep Dodge!! WARNING: Jax Chrysler Jeep Dodge told me my credit score was more than 100 points LESS than it really was!! I've never had such a terrible car purchase experience - nor have I witnessed such immoral, deceitful behavior - and this was from all the 'managers'!! I normally don't like to complain - but this experience forces me to warn others... STEER CLEAR OF JAX CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE!!! More
Wow ,i dont useually praise a car dealership (like many other's i have had many bad car buying experiances in the past) but Jacksonville chrysler jeep dodge far exceeded my expectations They do not have t other's i have had many bad car buying experiances in the past) but Jacksonville chrysler jeep dodge far exceeded my expectations They do not have the salesmen standing outside jumping on you when you pull in ,Freindly and knowledgeable staff , My Wife and I found a Jeep Cherokee that we liked and of course we wanted the bottom line price the salesman presented us with the invoice price right off the bat and after rebates it was a great deal .We highly recomend this dealer . thanks More
Pleasant at first, of course, all smiles, yes sirs/no sirs but when the negotiation process started, you know the 3 hR ordeal of going from desk to the "office behind the soundproof glass" and back, thin sirs but when the negotiation process started, you know the 3 hR ordeal of going from desk to the "office behind the soundproof glass" and back, things changed. I can only imagine how many role playing rehearsals go on behind the glass. Kind of reminds me of the commercial where the guy makes several gestures to a salesman within a vehicle while his wife thinks he's seriously making a stance on the deal. After the 3rd/4th trip back, here comes the manager with a bigger sales pitch. He basically has a bigger shovel. "What will it take to get you in this car tonight?" Yeah, what part of the first 1.5 hours didn't you understand? Suddenly, the guy I was dealing with doesn't know diddly. He sits quitely waiting for crumbs & informational tidbits. They tried guilt, pressure, misleading numbers, you name it. Even tried throwing in "bring in a children's book, we'll take more off the price". Then it's all about misfortuned kids. Needless to say, we walked. Although the dealership probably does have a state-of-the art showroom, with snack bar and children's play area, the customer service lacks luster and genuine sincerity. Overall, find another place to make a deal. More
