Five weeks after we purchased a vehicle, we still have no tag. They have not even FILED to get the tag transferred yet. For a week I have had a vehicle in my drive with an expired temp tag. I just made a p tag. They have not even FILED to get the tag transferred yet. For a week I have had a vehicle in my drive with an expired temp tag. I just made a payment on a vehicle I cannot drive. Why? Because the idiots dropped the ball. They were not even working on it until I called to ask where the tag was. We live in SC so we cannot stop in to check on things. Will be filing a complaint with Florida. More
I purchased two cars from this dealership in I purchased two cars from this dealership in 12/2010....they used two different lenders and told us not to let one know about the other??? I w I purchased two cars from this dealership in 12/2010....they used two different lenders and told us not to let one know about the other??? I went back to trade in a Magnum we had a pending private sale on...I had changed employers 1/4/2011 and advised EVERYONE INVOLVED FROM SALESPERSON TO FINANCE GUY - KEVIN ...They pulled my application from 12/2010 and coerced me to sign it saying it was no big deal since I had a recent pay stub. We signed and drove. When they could not verify my employment with the employer I TOLD them I resigned from 1/4/2011 they called & flipped on us. Said I never told them I have a new job. (Have recorded statement from sales rep & GM stating otherwise) BOTTOM LINE: Consumer BEWARE! They are desperate to make sales. I should have known when one car I wanted to test drive...didn't have keys available because the angry buyer had refused to give them back. CAUTION!!! BEWARE! Sharks would not swim with these guys....snakes wouldn't stoop to their level... We absolutely love Dodge vehicles...but would not recommend this dealer if you are paying cash or financing....they have NO Integrity! More
Called after my Sprinter broke down on the road. Service agent named Mike came off somewhat rude and greedy, which I can handle. When asked if the truck still had a warranty he supposedly looked it up by th agent named Mike came off somewhat rude and greedy, which I can handle. When asked if the truck still had a warranty he supposedly looked it up by the VIN and told me flat out that I had no warranty. High volume fuel pump and glow plug module = $2800 in repairs. I guess that scared me enough to check once again (knowing how people lie) Bottom line: If you have to have service, call and ask for Christy. Mike is a total liar, the service manager backed him up. Typical. Repairs were covered by warranty. Can't imagine why Dodge dealerships are closing all over and asking for govt bailouts. More
I only contacted this dealership because of a used vehicle they had in stock The car was a 2011 Kia Sorento with only 2,300 miles and a sweat price. Everything looked beautiful, I was recived by Tom vehicle they had in stock The car was a 2011 Kia Sorento with only 2,300 miles and a sweat price. Everything looked beautiful, I was recived by Tommy Ullman their internet sales manager. Drove the vehicle and fell in love with it. Not every day you find a almost new vehicle with low miles and at a price we really wanted. I told Tommy that we would think about it overnight and get back with him the next day. The next day I called him and he told me that all I had to do was to fill out the application which I did and to wait for an answer. I waited for more than a few hours and got no response. I called him and got no answer. Finally got a call back from another gentleman stating that they could not make the numbers work on the used vehicle but they would get me into a Dodge crossover at 4.9%. I tried to explain to him that the only reason I was going to a Dodge dealership was because of the used Kia Sorento, I do not buy from Chrysler or Dodge. I really tried to be very politically correct about it but that brand is a piece of junk. He said that they would continue to work the numbers on the Kia, they stated that the financing % was going to be very high compared to a new one. After giving me the runaround for another few hours of no luck in trying to contact Tommy Ullman I decided to let my pitbull lose (wife), she had worked at dealerships before and spoke their language. Come to find out that they told her that I would never get into the Kia and only the Dodge. She was very polite and told them how much of a piece of S&*? they were for not being straight with me. We drove down to Orlando the next day and purchased a brand new 2010 Mazda Tribute, we are extremely happy with the purchased and the service we were given. I advise everyone to stay away from this dealership and Tommy (DIRT) Ullman. The worst sale person I have seen in my life. More
I had gone into the dealership to purchase a used SUV, I was pre-qualified and had my paperwork ready. I am no dummy....so I came armed with information from KBB, Edmunds, etc. And knew what a "fair" price was pre-qualified and had my paperwork ready. I am no dummy....so I came armed with information from KBB, Edmunds, etc. And knew what a "fair" price would be. Well....we got to the "fair price", and even went as far to pull credit and I was ready to sign a contract (they offered to get me a lower rate, which they did - 2%lower). Here was the catch; when I read the line items, they were $1,000 off from what we agreed to in the showroom. The Sales Manager, and one other slickster - kept pushing me on looking at how much lower my payment would be, or showing me how much they had already come down from the Retail price. I held my ground and let them know; that in principle - I would not be buying from them, If you agree to a price - you need to stick to it, why did I waste two hours if you couldnt do it....but they said they could.... The way they just tried to include it on the line item, asking me to sign was unacceptable, and their response was even worse. Not one manager appologized for this, if they would have said "mis-understanding, or mis-communication, we appologize, etc) Maybe we could have worked something out....all I got instead was, look at your new lower payment :), and look how much we have come down. After reading the reviews here, Good luck selling cars with your high pressured corral. BTW....Chrysler products are the worst, so I am thinking that mixed with your customer service means that maybe a good dealership will be moving into the neighborhood. More
Consierge styled service department. Service writer, Thomas, listened to my concerns, kept me updated on my many (and major) repairs and he promptly returned my phone calls. He was genuinely polite and Thomas, listened to my concerns, kept me updated on my many (and major) repairs and he promptly returned my phone calls. He was genuinely polite and did not try and sell me repairs or services that were not needed, which is the experience I continously have at my Jeep dealership at hom. I was working temporarily in the Jacksonville area and was treated like I had been a loyal customer for many years. When I picked up the car, Thomas reviewed with me every line item on the repair order and encouraged me to call him if I had any questions. This service department is a model for others to emulate! Do yourself a favor and dont even step foot in this dealership. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. We went in and test drove a vehicle then got some information and asked the sa dealership. The customer service is the worst i have ever experienced. We went in and test drove a vehicle then got some information and asked the salesman for a business card and said we will get back to them tomorrow when a so called 'manager' walked up chewing a huge waud of dip in his lip, and basically harrassed us and tried to keep us from leaving. I am a financial advisor and was with a friend to make sure he didnt get ripped off and this guy was making rude remarks to my friend like ' oh you have to get his permission to make decisions?' and basically treated us like dirt. After 10 minutes of beating into this idiot rude dip chewing 'managers' head that we were not going to be buying a car that very day we asked for a business card one more time and the so called manager walked away and the salesman gave us one and when we asked the salesman for the print out of the vehicle he printed for us earlier he walks off and comes back only to tell us the 'manager' put it in the shredder.... I will NEVER recommend this dealership due to the HORRIBLE customer service from there 'Management' staff. If this is how they treat a customer who is on the fence i can only imagine how they treat one that they know they already have sucked in. They need to learn that these pushy harrassing tactics turn off potential buyers and make them never want to come back. There pricing wasnt even good but even if it was the best in town i would rather pay a little more to never have to deal with there steryotypical rude lying car salesman. More

Bought a used vehicle there back on July 19, 2008. was told that they would transfer our existing plates over to the vehicle. were told that we would receive the registration within 6 weeks. ok np so fa told that they would transfer our existing plates over to the vehicle. were told that we would receive the registration within 6 weeks. ok np so far they take the vehicle and detail it before we leave. next day we realize that they didn't give us the disc for the nav system. took about a weeks worth of yelling but finally spoke with Heather, in customer service and guess what .... she was so great in fixing the problem very quickly. She's the only one there in my opinion who actually is worth keeping. Couple of days later notice a musty smell in the vehicle, guess when they detailed it they didn't get all the water out. refuse to take it back because if they couldn't do it right the first time what makes me think they will next time. so an added expense to take it elsewhere to correct. now 2 months later, still no registration, contacted DMV to see what's up they inform me that my plates have not been transferred and not to drive the vehicle. Immediately contacted Courtney (works in transferring tag and title) was given a real good line. Was told that they bought the vehicle at an auction and had not received the lien release from the bank. asked her why i was not contacted about this problem and all i was told rudely "I'm working on it". asked her how long to fix it again told "I'm working on it". she did tell me that she would issue a temp tag and have it overnighted to me so i can drive. Well guess what .... surprise surprise next night no tag. contacted Donna there and she claimed to have our file. which i proved was a lie. she told me that they did send everything to the DMV but was returned because previous owners did not sign off on vehicle. (DMV told us nothing had ever been filed). then told me that no temp tags are issued because of this. I informed her that according to the DMV one was issued yesterday. i then said what company they sent it out with, because we need to trace it. she said fed-ex. i informed her they don't deliver to my area this late at night and especially don't deliver on weekends. she said there was nothing she could do. i asked her why we were not informed of the problems, she told me "we don't call all the customers with problems"....xxx is there that many of us with these problems. when i informed her of the company's poor customer service, guess what, she hung up on me. omg well tomorrow i will attempt to try and contact the owner regarding this matter but not expecting much of that. guess i will have to try and get the media, government agencies, anyone i can to get this fixed. worse case scenario, i'll make a sign and park infront of the dealership warning people. so please people, be very weary of even getting accessories from this dealership More
