I bought a 2014 Dart today and it took me down memory lane. I can't say enough about the outstanding staff at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I typically dread buying a car but the Sales Staff did not pressure me and had all the information I needed to make my decision. Thanks Alan Vargason for a great buying experience!!! I will be back for my next one. More

But, I feel compelled to comment on my purchase in November 2014, of a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. I began by researching online the vehicle and dealerships in April 2014. The vehicle with the features and accessories that I wanted, was difficult to locate in the state of Florida. My husband and I had previously purchased a new Dodge Ram Truck in 2011 at a different dealership, so initially, we contacted them regarding the type of vehicle I was interested in. We also visited and test drove a vehicle at another Jeep dealer near us. Neither of those dealerships had the exact vehicle I wanted to purchase. I found the Jeep I wanted at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. They are located over 200 miles from where we live, so we were hesitant to make the trip. I am so glad we did though! I cannot say enough about the wonderful, knowledgeable and professional staff they employ. We were assisted by Cody, Brandon and the Sales Manager, Tony. From the first phone call I made when I spoke with Cody, to being shown and test driving the vehicle with Brandon, and lastly negotiating the price with Tony, I couldn’t have been more pleased with how polite and how well they treated us. This dealership and their staff are to be commended and recognized for how they conduct business and their large selection of vehicles. It is without hesitation that I highly recommend them to anyone. And, I feel my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited Trail Rated 4 X 4 is the most luxurious, well-built, top of the line, beautiful vehicle out there. It is amazing and I am thrilled with it! It escalated into him suggesting we purchase their 98 k Viper which if we wanted to we could have. Ended In No Price Negotiation. Then the fake manager had the sales woman come back with a scribbled counter offer that we couldn't read that she said the only difference was no sunroof...did I mention I told her 3 times what I wanted and was NOT going to compromise on what I want. We said no than you she said come look at the car, we pulled it up front for you...different color, trim, and pretty much everything. Bait n switch. DON'T BUY FROM THESE THIEVES! GO TO ORANGE PARK JEEP! More
HORRIBLE ISN't A STRONG ENOUGH WORD I had gone there having purchased my 2007 Jeep Liberty there new. Service was done regularly according to spec. The final, one of MANY I could bore with, occurred when the aluminum air cap on my tire had become stripped when trying to put air in. ACCORDING TO SERVICE SPECIFICATION, NEVER PUT ALUMINUM CAPS ON, BUT PLASTIC ONES ARE TO BE USED. Service tech immediately said you shouldn't have aluminum air caps on the stems as they WILL carrode and become stuck. We don't even have those in stock. "I had four new tires put on here a few months back." Well we put on the same air caps that you came in with. "I bought it here!" His continued bob and weave was "You should check the pressure in your tires more frequently," As the tire sensor is toast, he offered to put it on for free BUT the part would be $85.81. "So youR tech putting on aluminum caps is my responsibility?" "You should check your tire pressure more frequently." "Well what good is the tire sensor then?" End of conversation! More

Scam Artists..AVOID AVOID AVOID Spent an hour on the phone with the sales rep on a new Rubicon. I emailed my vehicles original window sticker so they would have the VIN number and a Spent an hour on the phone with the sales rep on a new Rubicon. I emailed my vehicles original window sticker so they would have the VIN number and all of the options my vehicle had on it. They gave me a number on my trade over the phone which was low and said they would do better once I got there. They then gave me a price on the purchase vehicle. I set the appointment drove 2 hours to get there, Once there the games began. Oh...we did not know your jeep was a 2 door and not a 4 door we will have to adjust the price. They did they tacked over 3k more onto the vehicle I wanted. I said give me my keys I am leaving...they asked if there was anyway we could make the deal, I said no, you have wasted my whole day. Got my keys and left. I will be filing a complaint with Chrysler Corporate and the Florida State Attorney General tomorrow. This dealership is not above board AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! More

Good price, did paperwork and we left late that evening with our new Jeep. 3,000 miles later, my standard transmission started making horrible noise; dealer said to bring to our local town dealer. After two visits, they tore the transmission out and found there was minimal gear oil in the transmission, causing the problem. Now this brand new Jeep hasn't even had its first oil change yet and due to someone's negligence, my car has been severely degraded. To his credit, sales manager Randall is trying to find a solution and has reached out to Jeep corporate office. Will add another post with updated information. We have purchased three new Chrysler products since November, 2013...a '13 Chrysler 300C, a '14 Jeep Wrangler Sport for our college son, and the '14 Wrangler Unlimited. Chrysler /Jeep needs to step it up for such loyal customers! More

We had not planned to purchase a new vehicle...my husband never wanted to part with the Dodge RAM he already had. But...we began to have trouble with "the old blue girl" on our way from Central Florida to Savannah, GA. We had not been on the road long before the trouble began with our truck. Like a ray of sunshine in the darkness...Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge appeared in the distance. It was 8:30, on a Friday evening. We arrived, camper in tow, with a feeling of desperation. We had specific standards to meet, since we often trailer a boat or camper. There were two trucks on the lot that met our specifications, but alas, one had a gas engine. THAT WOULD JUST NOT DO FOR MY HUSBAND!!! The diesel that was on the lot was, gorgeous. It had everything my husband needed. But...to go through the whole process. I have been burned by a dealer before and I swore I would have my close, very cheap, very no nonsense friend purchase our next vehicle. However, our prayers were answered! JOHN WILLIS could not have been more helpful!!! We were honest about the "code" that our "old blue girl" was sending and about the onset of sluggishness. We were offered a fair deal, signed on the dotted line, and sent our 12 and 13 year old boys outside to begin the process of transferring a decade of "treasures" from our old to the new truck!!! We couldn't have been happier...and still feel that way. My husband was all too glad to familiarize himself with the truck that replaced what he had affectionately called his "coffin" (since he said that he would never replace "the old blue girl"). I have been through several car buying experiences and I can honestly say that I have only had one REALLY BAD experience and pleasantly one REALLY GOOD experience. John Willis made our experience at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge our REALLY GOOD EXPERIENCE!!! We recommend that dealership based on the experience we had with him. He is a class act! AClark More
