I had already done my research online and narrowed my options down to three SUVs, one of them being a Grand Cherokee, before I went to this dealership to check out the Grand Cherokee and take a test driv options down to three SUVs, one of them being a Grand Cherokee, before I went to this dealership to check out the Grand Cherokee and take a test drive. I've never owned a Jeep before so I asked if it would be possible to take an extended test drive to get more familiar with the vehicle before spending tens-of-thousands of dollars on one. I've been able to take extended test drives in the past, at different dealerships, and didn't think my request was too outrageous (most reputable car review websites recommend taking an extended test drive before committing to purchasing a vehicle and a dealership I used to work at had demo vehicles specifically for this purpose). The salesman went to ask his sales manager (whom soon after walked arrogantly by without even saying "hello," much less introducing himself) and returned to tell me that they couldn't allow me to take an extended test drive. After reading the reviews of this Jeep dealership, I'm glad I didn't end up buying from them. My advice is to go elsewhere, where you and your hard-earned money will be treated with respect. More
Ran credit deceitfully. Bad service. Went in to look at 200. Poor experience. Dealership looks really nice very big. Has no sense of knowledge or customer service. Sales were ok (i had in fact, referred two people who also bought vehicles), but the Service dept. is beyond substandard, particularly when it comes to customer service. I have been having a problem with the radio in my Challenger since October. I was dealing directly with the company that the dealership had install it at purchase - but only because Jax CJD had never responded to my online service request. I finally tried to get them involved in January to assist me and they have done absolutely nothing. They returned only one out of five phone calls when i was trying to inform them of the problem, and i've heard nothing from them since Feb 1. I finally had to contact Dodge and file a complaint - not only abotu the radio, but also about my last oil change in February - they didn't put the filter back right and i had oil slowly dripping out. Took my baby to Orange Park Dodge - - THEIR service was like a breath of fresh air. I will never set foot in Jax CJD again. More
They may be too busy for the amount of staff they have but the two times I used them for service were both bad experiences. The last time they kept my Jeep all day and did nothing but take pictures to se but the two times I used them for service were both bad experiences. The last time they kept my Jeep all day and did nothing but take pictures to see if was a warranty issue. 10 days later after repeated phone calls they messed up and answered the phone and I got to take it back for another day. The repair took 45 minutes. Horrible shuttle service to boot. More
After owning and buying 49 vehicles in my life this dealership is by far the worst dealership I have dealt with and they suck in all aspects. Was brought in to buy a Jeep Wrangler that wasn't there and hadn't been there for 3 weeks. After looking at another one decided to get it for alittle more than I wanted to spend but was told I would get alot of the extra options for free. After agreeing to a price they started the paperwork which took forever. After waiting almost 2 hours they finally came back and the extras were just taken out of the trade in value. Then after being promised a decent APR when we made it to the financing guy it doubled. We told him we were promised half that and we would walk. He walked out made a phone call came back and said ok. We signed everything and then they said they couldn't find the 2nd key for a new vehicle. We drove off and the next day was asked to come back in to get the 2nd key. Got the key and left. Next day was called in said they forgot us to sign a couple pieces of paper so had to drive back in. The following day we were called in because they not only didn't get us the APR they promised but couldn't even match their original APR that was 2x as much. It was 2x as much + 2%. We told them we wanted our car back and we would not be buying it. They then told us they already sold the trade in to auction (4 days later). Also the trade in was only a 3 year old Honda Ridgeline with 48k miles on it. We fought back and forth and finally just signed it, then refinanced it a month later. Worst part was 2 months later a different salesman calls me and asked if I had the 2nd key for my trade in because he had someone that was about to buy it. LIARS, THIEVES and CHEATS More
Horrible customer service. They blew me off about a problem my brand new $50,000.00 truck was having with getting it out of park. 14 days later my truck was back in the shop for the same problem. I called several times to see if I needed to get a rental and was just left on hold, one time for over 38 minutes. I finally got my service rep and she said the mechanic could feel a problem but won't know what it is until he takes it apart. I dropped the truck off for a 7:30 appointment and when she told me that it was 3:00. I guess if I wouldn't have called the mechanic would have never looked at it. A little communication goes a long way. I have no problem getting a rental but I'm not going to get one unless I need to. I'm in a needless situation since they didn't take the time to thoroughly investigate the problem the first time I brought the truck in. More
Do not waste your time with these people! They were very pushy and did not listen. They lied several times while working the numbers and when I told them I would like to think about it over night, they tol pushy and did not listen. I decided to call their bluff and come back the next the day anyway to purchase the car. They called first thing in the morning and said the car car was still available, which was no surprise. We made a verbal agreement over he phone and they guaranteed me the car. I offered to put down a retainer and they said no. I came in the exact time I told them I would and they told me they sold the car right before I came in. I looked on the Internet and they ended up jacking up the price of the car and some poor sap purchased it at the inflated price. They were just typical slime ball salesman. I will never give them my business. More

I believe as big as that car lot is you should be able to help me, but I greed is the main objective here. No need to go in here unless you are willing to spend top dollar to make these guys an easy living. I should have known when the elderly couple walking out MAD as I walked in should have been a clue.
