I was contacted via text the next day by a manager last name Bass. I spelled out everything in that text. While i confess I do not remember the rude "manager's " name, I do know that my salesperson (who was a nice guy) should. Not to mention any profile you built on me while I was there should reflect who it was. The guy was rude and sexist. His actions do not reflect how business should be conducted in the 21st century. I'm sorry he was incapable of understanding that I (as the primary driver of whatever vehicle was to be acquired) was on a fact finding mission before going back to make MY decision with my spouse. I am also sorry that he cost the sales rep a deal with his attitude. I have moved on, I'm working with a dealership who was willing to provide information to the "wife."
