If I didn’t then my car would overheat etc. Prior to the quote, I had to wait over an hour for a shuttle when I could clearly see he shuttle in the parking lot and then another 6 hour of waiting for a call sling for an update. I hold never come back here again. More
One star because the sales guy was a five star guy, the manager however was a shady jerk. “Manager” and I use the term loosely, was sexist and refused to give me a car price because he deemed I “wasn’t th manager however was a shady jerk. “Manager” and I use the term loosely, was sexist and refused to give me a car price because he deemed I “wasn’t the decision maker so why did it matter.” Manager tried to strong arm a sale by using terms like “you snooze you lose” and the whole uncomfortable process ended in raised voices and him walking off. Terrible customer service! My sales guy, who was polite and knowledgeable and the only highlight. I hope this dealership either cleans house or my sales guy finds a manager that won’t cost him future sales. More
This dealership is terrible in every way. First, we owned a 2019 Dodge Ram Limited. It had electrical problems. The large screen would cut on and off while driving. We brought the truck in First, we owned a 2019 Dodge Ram Limited. It had electrical problems. The large screen would cut on and off while driving. We brought the truck in numerous times and they kept giving us the truck back and said they couldn’t duplicate the problem. It turned out to be the dusk to dawn sensor needed to be adjusted but it took them years to figure it out and correct the problem. Then, the leather wrapped dashboard was coming unglued and curling. They told us it was our responsibility to replace the dashboard. After turning the truck in at the end of our lease, we tried to buy another truck. Because of Covid we had a few issues with our credit but overall it wasn’t that bad. They were all friendly and smiling and excited to work with us until they pulled our credit report. They scattered like roaches and would not even talk to us anymore. It was embarrassing and hurtful. We went down the road to the GMC dealership and bought a beautiful new truck where the people were willing and able to work with us and our credit dings. We will never go back to Dodge again. More
I bought my 1st car yesterday, I was really nervous and expected to spend my whole day sitting in the dealership. Chris* was AMAZING. He showed me exactly what I was looking for within 15 mins of walking i expected to spend my whole day sitting in the dealership. Chris* was AMAZING. He showed me exactly what I was looking for within 15 mins of walking in with very vague preferences* Was very great experience with him every stage of the process! He passed me to KIP* for financing and I can only describe him as *the best at what he does*! Also made information clear to me and expedited the process! I will be back and recommend this dealership to everyone in need! More
This place has the most unprofessional sale staff I've come across in my 40+ new car transactions. My first call to the dealership, you could hear the sales people in the background talking slang and saying things a professional would never say in the workplace. My "Salesperson", and I use that term loosely, disappeared everytime she said she would "Touch basis". No follow up at all, I had to call in for updates. This dealership is the reason I buy my cars out of state. This place defines no class! More

a minute agoNEW-Edit This review is solely for the SERVCIE DEPARTMENT. I never bought a car here, so I can't speak to that experience. However, I have dealt with the Service department numerous tim SERVCIE DEPARTMENT. I never bought a car here, so I can't speak to that experience. However, I have dealt with the Service department numerous times, and EVERY.SINGLE.TIME it has been a nightmare, and today was no different. Went in to get my 4 tires, which I bought from this place, replaced under the tread warranty. The first couple of people didn't know what I was really talking about, or who in their department would handle that. I was then send over to the Service Lead guy, I believe his name was Reagan, who initially tried to tell me that tread warranty does not cover the wear of the tread, but rather just when a tire blows out, the sidewall breaks, things like that. After I told him that this is completely incorrect, he then went and talked to a guy behind the Parts counter. This was the first guy I talked to when I walked in, who didn't really know who I should talk to about this. However, over the last few minutes since I first talked to him, he apparently had become an expert. He now tells me that the way this works, is, that I would have to pay the full price for the 4 tires up-front, and then the 4 used tires would be send to the manufacturer, they would examine the tires, and if they agree that the tread warranty should kick in, they would send me a check for the pro-rated amount, and that would take a few months. That is not how this works. I have had to deal with the tread warranty a couple of times with a different car. The dealer gets in touch with the manufacturer, explains the condition of the tires, verifies that the tires were rotated like they were supposed to, and then the manufacturer informs the dealer of what the prorated amount is for the tires, and that is what I pay to the dealership. I can't stress this enough to anyone who is thinking about taking their car into the Service department at this place. DO NOT DO IT. This place will rip you off whenever they can, make you wait for many hours, even when you have an appointment, and try to tell you that you need services on your car and things replaced that you do not need. This was the last time I went to this dealership. I had already started getting my services done at a different place. More
Stay away! This place pulled a bait and switch as well as other slimy high pressure tactics. I recently had the worst car buying experience that I have ever This place pulled a bait and switch as well as other slimy high pressure tactics. I recently had the worst car buying experience that I have ever encountered while shopping at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram on Nurseryfields Drive. -Bait and switch using credit terms -Holding onto my car in service for 3 weeks without working on it, with the hopes I would trade in and purchase from them -Management level (Tony) down are all xxxxxxxx and will lie/cheat until you purchase My experience: I brought my 2014 Jeep in for service on July 2nd. The communication with their service department was very poor. I was called a week after dropping it off and was told that they do not know what the problem is with the vehicle, but they were going to continue to look into it. I have an unlimited mileage, unlimited year warranty through Mopar so it was worth waiting for. Finally on July 25th I was starting to consider using it as a trade in for a vehicle for my 16 year old son. Their website has hundreds of used cars to choose from (lie). I inquired about a couple of cars and got a call from Jacob in their sales department. Jacob immediately fell back on the tactic that I would owe so much money to get my car fixed. I was never told by Service what was going on with my car but Jacob immediately found out that it would cost me $4k to repair. I informed him that I had a warranty, he then tried telling me that I had too many miles, I then informed him that my warranty was unlimited mileage. I found a 2018 Lexus that would be a nice fit for my son. First I was told that with my down payment and trade in that I was looking at $580/month for 72 months. I declined and told Jacob I was going to shop around other stores to try to get more for my trade in as I wanted to be at $490 for a payment. Of course Jacob calls me 10 minutes later saying that he was at $490, I asked him how, he told me that they increased the amount for my trade in. Jacob then begged me to take delivery that night as the sales team had a contest and he needed it gone. Jacob came to my home and delivered the car at 9:30pm. I was signing the paperwork and when I questioned that my trade in seemed to be the same amount as before he told me that was not the case and an error on the paperwork. I continued to sign and gave him a ride home. I later then realized that this dealership extended my payment months to 76 without telling me (hence how they got my payment down), they did not increase the amount of my trade in. I called the dealership the next day and requested to speak with a manager. I spoke with Tony, he informed me that all sales were final but if I come in that he can work something out regarding possibly trading it in for a less expensive vehicle. Tony told me that he would be at the dealership all day the next day. I go to the dealership and ask for Tony, conveniently he is not working that day. I was given the option of getting my payments to 72 months but still have a $560/loan. I had saved a couple vehicles from their website that would work better and after showing those I was told that they do not have any of those cars as they were at other dealerships and unavailable to be swapped out. I was told to go outside and pick out one that they had on hand. They had 7 used cars on hand all of which would not work out for me. I regrettably had to go in and sign for the 72 months at $560. Stay far away from this dealership!! Tony and his staff are cheaters, liars and xxxxxxxx. I have bought many vehicles and this was by far the worst experience. I purchased a new Lexus a couple of weeks ago for myself at Fields Lexus in Orange Park and that experience was completely different from this one. They will probably respond trying to save face regarding this review. Do not fall for it! More
Is it possible to give a ZERO star rating? This is the worst dealership ever in terms of sales and especially service. My latest experience was the nail in the coffin. I ended up taking my Jeep to another dealership to find I had almost 2 pages of stored codes following the visit to JCJD where I was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Needless to say, I will never return there and would encourage everyone else to avoid them at all cost. There is no concern or respect for their customers. More
