I did not intend to make a purchase that day, but with all of the information Justin provided, he sealed the deal. I love my new Jeep and I am so glad that I made the purchase at this dealership. We decided on Jacksonville Chrysler-Jeep because of Justin's expertise with the Jeep Wrangler. Justin knew every aspect of the vehicle. I do a lot of research on the vehicle when we are looking at a specific model and many times I know as much or more about the options which was the case at the first dealership. I want a salesperson who is more knowledgable and can back up the expertise with facts and the test drive. I would recommend Justin to friends who are looking for a new car. Buyers Beware Called dealership to verify vehicle was still on lot and received bill of sale before we drove three hours. Went to finance company got check for the vehicle asked if they would like us to fax a copy. Got a call from Nicole that someone else was coming to look at vehicle and she would call if it sold. NEVER received call. Thank goodness my husband called before we drove 3 hours to get it. Worst customer service ever. More

Dealers are anxious to get you in he the door...but beware! My husband and I wanted to trade in our Jeep Wrangler. Our dealer Connor was very polite and helpful however, there were several things not completed My husband and I wanted to trade in our Jeep Wrangler. Our dealer Connor was very polite and helpful however, there were several things not completed the day of sale that required multiple calls to both my one and my father in laws. The finance department stressed the necessity of things that we did eventually find out were not needed and led to us canceling our gap care and refinancing our loan. This transaction was far from seamless.....and quite frankly I feel as though I was taken advantage of by the team as a whole. My husband was involved in the deal however, was overseas. The good old she will buy it routine! Rest assured my fellow military wives have been warned! I will say they gave us a great deal....but the customer service and trust in company is severely FLAWED! Don't go here for any service!! I made an appt. on 4/23/2014 to have my Oil changed at the Express Quick Lube Service. When I took my Jeep in nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All I I made an appt. on 4/23/2014 to have my Oil changed at the Express Quick Lube Service. When I took my Jeep in nothing was wrong with my vehicle. All I simply wanted was for my oil to be changed. I take great care of my Jeep. Well, to begin with they put the alignment tools on my wheels before taking it into the service bay, which I did not ask for that to be done. The service person came back in and told me that my front wheels needed an alignment and he said I will get that done for you today for $69.99 ok? I said no, my car is driving straightly fine. The service person seemed to get an attitude because I did not do the alignment. Then when they changed my oil and I got into my Jeep to leave and I was driving down the road I looked down and seen my speedometer was not working. Dead on zero, while I was moving. So I turned around immediately to take my Jeep back and I ask them what did they do to my speedometer because now it is not working at all. They looked at me with a xxxxty smile and immediately offered to make me an appointment to bring it back in to be looked at, at my expense. They refused to take it back to the service bay and look at it right then when I immediately brought it back. I said no, I am not paying for an appointment because you people just did something to mess up my vehicle. They all denied it. I was pissed. The service person said oh, well maybe a Sensor just went out of it. I said no, there was nothing wrong with my Jeep, it was working fine until it came back out of your service bay and now my Speedometer is not working. They did not offer to do anything. They sent me on down the road with a xxxxty grin on their faces. Never again will I take my vehicle to this place. BEWARE!!! You will get screwed!! More

I bought a new wrangler from this dealership today and my experience here was excellent. Jamie, Troy and Randy were all incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.
