They are more than happy to sell you a vehicle but once the money has exchanged hands they are too busy to do anything else; it is as if you cease to exist. The service department is a disaster. They are too busy and quite frankly they just don't care. Beware, they will make promises but never deliver. Needless to say, there is NO SERVICE AFTER SALE. We would never recommend them to anyone. More

Tony tried adding 10k worth of options to the purchase without making it clear what I was buying. I eventually got refunded for the extended warranty, but the money has yet to show up at the bank three weeks later. It is unbelievable how difficult they make this after the initial sale is done. Terrible customer service and will never buy from them again. More

Service department is unreliable Called to schedule an appointment for my son to get his 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee fixed due to a recall. I called well in advance and told them he was coming in from out of town to get it done. While the recall was being done we asked that they also perform routine maintenance as well. Dropped it off that morning and they said everything would be done by the end of the day. Received a call from the service manager telling me to come in and pick it up.. When we went to pick it up, we were told by the cashier that the recall fix had not been done....no explanation, no call from the service department manager during the day to let us know., nothing......poor service management!! First they have yet to get back with my appraised value for trade in over a week now when Kelly blue book did it in 35 seconds. I went to another jeep dealer and they offered me 13K for my jeep which is worth 16K so I basically have equity but per dealer no. So why do they then offer me 15K when I'm leaving? Why in America everyone has to conduct shady business. These guys make tons of money and the concierge service steered me to this dealer which I found out gets a referral fee but actually did nothing for me but tell me to go here. How about just take the referral fee of the price. Can anyone not conduct fair honest business in this country anymore? More

When we finally picked out the truck we wanted we did most of our paper work with him and he explained everything thoroughly and it was a quick and painless experience. I recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If they do not have the vehicle on the lot Alan will go get it for you from another dealership. I do not have one single bad thing to say! More

horrible!!!! I have bought at least 12 cars in my life time from dealerships and by far this is the worst. Cars salesman bold faced lied to me about fixing a dent when i bought the car. Told me that he would fix it then said that they wont honor it. The finance manager Tony is the worst he tried to add in a bunch of things in the loan. I had to back the next day and have them fix it . Stay away from this place!!! More
