I recently sold my truck that I had bought a few years ago. I have been trying to get my GAP refund but get no response from anyone. Allow me to echo the many other one star reviews on here about how ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE J. PEREZ and the service team at Jax CJD is. After a DOZEN trips and 8 different parts replaced on my vehicle we still about how ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE J. PEREZ and the service team at Jax CJD is. After a DOZEN trips and 8 different parts replaced on my vehicle we still have issues. Not only did they NOT fix my vehicle but J.Perez "the service director" was a terrible person to try and work with. All he did was provide one lie after another to just try and get me and my vehicle out of the dealership. He wouldn't even reply to my email or the manufacturers emails and voicemail to try to resolve my issues. The last time my Jeep was there it sat for almost two weeks untouched as he continued to feed me lies about getting someone else to look at it. It even got to the point when I confronted him in his office that he stood up and started shouting at me in frustration. This service department is an embarrassment and an extremely unprofessional place. I spent 4 months trying to get my vehicle fixed here only to be told I should trade it in or take my business elsewhere. I will make sure to let everyone I know to stay as far away from JP's joke work ethic, lies, and deception as possible. Thanks for nothing JaxCJD. You will be the last place me and anyone I know ever goes for anything ever again. Thanks for nothing but stress and an enormous waste of time. More
My 2020 Jeep Gladiator 4WD was not working. I bought it her and Alex took care of me. He told me since my Jeep was just above 36K miles, It was not covered under warranty and he made me pay $12 I bought it her and Alex took care of me. He told me since my Jeep was just above 36K miles, It was not covered under warranty and he made me pay $1200 for it. of which $900 was just labor, He deliberately called me 2 hours before I was to pick up and said that they need to do something else which will cost me $400 in labor more if I need to pick it up today. I see in other reviews that this is always the trend to make customers pay extra who need the vehicle immediately. He told me that since my Jeep is just above 36K mile Jeep might make an exception and repay me. He said he will be available to talk to them I called Jeep customer cand for we have tried to reach Alex for 2 weeks left 20 VM:'s and email 10 times and he does not respond. Jeep says they cannot move ahead without speaking to Alex first. I just leant today that my vehicle was to be covered under Power train warranty as it was a transmission issue, and he never did that. Jeep is trying to reach to him for an explanation and he is or responding. More
January 8th I bought a 55000. 00 Gladiator Willy's edition. The dealer added on a 2200.00 extended warranty that I didn't want and still have no information about. Fast forward to March 11th decided to give the Service department a try and took my 2015 Dodge Journey for a new thermostat replacement. It was 462.00 a bit high but I needed it done quickly and correctly. I had a 10% coupon and the service representative said 416.00 plus tax= 447.00 and change. Went to pick it up and cashier said 482.00. I said what the heck, he took me to a service manager and he stated another 35.00 were miscellaneous shop fees. I called BS. They told me to call the general manager who doesn't work very often, I guess. I called he wasn't there, again. The guy on the phone said another manager would call me back. That never happened! Long story short I will never buy or get service at any of their dealers again. There is a reason they all have a rating of 3.8 yo 3.6. More

They ultimately ended up cross threading 3 different lug nuts on 3 different wheel spacers and told me it was because their technicians are not familiar with lift kits or wheel spacers and gave the truck back to me like that. Needless to say they never identified the vibration issue. More
xxx people, explained we needed a van to transport our dying mother from Florida to Michigan. They had a van for us and we told them we wanted it. I felt prayed upon and taken advantage of. Lesson learned, go with-someone. For a 150$ part they charged me 800$ worth of labor fees and then pressure me into paying the price. If I didn’t then my car would overheat etc. Prior to the quote, I had to wait over an hour for a shuttle when I could clearly see he shuttle in the parking lot and then another 6 hour of waiting for a call sling for an update. I hold never come back here again. More

Terrible customer service! My sales guy, who was polite and knowledgeable and the only highlight. I hope this dealership either cleans house or my sales guy finds a manager that won’t cost him future sales. More
