Don't not buy/deal with this dealership!!! Ummm where to start... tried buying a ram truck a year and half ago from this place, completely rude so I went to sister dealership and had them pick Ummm where to start... tried buying a ram truck a year and half ago from this place, completely rude so I went to sister dealership and had them pick up the truck from here so I could buy the truck from other dealership... I bought the extra tire and electrical warranty because some electrical was not covered ps don't do it... which brings me to today dropped truck off at 10am 10/7/17 for oil change (diesel) and nail in a tire so I had an appointment!!!!!! I'm still standing here 3:25pm with no truck and a 5 more mins 20 mins ago. Screw this dealership and screw dodge give though my grandfather was a engineer for Chrysler for 35 yrs!!!! More
Poor Service I went in to have a tire repaired and didn't have the 'key' for the locking lug nuts. They told me I should buy a new set for ~$70 so that in an emer I went in to have a tire repaired and didn't have the 'key' for the locking lug nuts. They told me I should buy a new set for ~$70 so that in an emergency I would have the right key. They fixed my tire and it was not until I got home I found the new locking lugs in the console! They left the old ones on. I texted and the service rep, Damone, and he apologized and said to bring it back in sometime and they'd put them on. I explained I didn't want to wait around there for 2 hours or more for their mistake. He said that was my only choice. Another lady (Kerry or Carey) called me several weeks later and said she would straighten it out and get me in so I wouldn't have to wait very long. All this happened on June 3, 2017. I am still waiting for at least half-decent service. I bought this truck there...a mistake I shall not make again. More
Everything was great but finance department. Bought vehicles from this dealership and everything was great up to the point of dealing with finance from a guy named JC. We came in more then four times after sales to resign paperwork and even after so it still has not been resolved. We have been told to calm down that this stuff happens all the time and is not a big deal. He was very unprofessional and very aloof the whole time dealing with us. My advice to anyone wanted a dodge, stay clear off this dealership or if you are to buy from here stay clear of JC. The sales people and product are great though. More

Customer Relations Most miserable dealership from which I have purchased a car. We bought a $27,000 used car which was missing floor mats. We hen we arrived home we noticed the mats were missing since we could see the imprints in the floor. When we callled about the mats we were told they were thrown away because they were too dirty which we found hard to believe since the car was in such fine condition. I have called several times to have the mats replaced and never received any satisfaction. I was contantily told they would check into my complaint and was never called backed. The last person I spoke to was Trent who assured me he would get back to me one way or another regarding the replacement of the mats. After waiting over a week I called him and of course was told I"if the mats are soiled we throw them away". Stay away from this dealership. They will tell you what you want to here and hope you will never call them back. A very disreputable dealership. More

Great staff! My husband and I were in to purchase a pre-owned jeep for our 17 yr. old son. Gabriel Valenzuela was our salesman and he was great! We fell in love with a pre-owned jeep that was higher than our price point but Gabriel really fought to get us in the price range we needed to be in order for us to purchase that jeep! We also had a trade-in and he fought to get us top dollar for that car as well. We can't thank him enough! Also, JC was our finance guy and we was awesome as well! More

Bamboozled My husband and I purchased a new 2017 Pacifica. The day of the sale was great. The staff seemed down to earth and knowledgeable. A week later we get a call saying a different bank was going to finance us so we had to resign the contract. We were told the payment only went up "a couple bucks". We come in and end up having to agree to over a hundred dollars more per month for the van. (We felt we had to agree at this point due to selling our second vehicle and getting ready to transfer out of state in a matter of days.) Then (after we've moved) about three weeks later we get a call that we owe a balance for new tags and registration. This was not true because we transferred our old tags and worked the balance into our loan. Then we start getting phone calls and mail from our bank saying the car payment is past due. We explain that we traded the car in and are no longer in possession of it. The dealership is supposed to pay it off. They have not and the bank doesn't care where the money's coming from.. its expecting payment and will put derogatory marks on our credit until necessary. We call the dealership and we're told that the trade is worth less than they agreed to. My husband and I are having to jump through hoops trying to get anyone other than the receptionist to speak to us. I went online to livechat the company, I received an email telling me they would get Stephanie to take care of our situation. A few days (4 I think) go by and we hadn't heard from Stephanie still. I replied to the rep that gave me Stephanie's name to let her know we had yet to hear from her. The same day we get a call from Stephanie, explain the situation, and she says she will figure it out and get back to us. Another five days go by and we haven't heard back from Stephanie. Again, I email rep to ask what's going on but this time I've heard nothing back. It's now going on 9 days since speaking to anyone or getting any reply mail. My husband has just called about the registration and again he can't get past the receptionist. This is our second purchase from them but I regret it. More
