Terrible Customer Service Today I had a 7:15 am service apt to check my radio that was powering off. The advisor, Michael said he would call me with an update in a few hours. Still have not got a call back. I'm stranded at home waiting on their call. He will not return my voicemails. I called the office. They have no clue where he is. No clue what the status is. And per the women who answered the phone. He is the only one that can tell me the status. I asked her if she could please find out. She said she has no idea how to. This happens almost every time I take it for service. That's in me for allowing them several chances. It's just conv to my house. But they do NOT care about my time. That's obvious. I will never go there again. Their staff has the worst communication of and company I've ever dealt with. I'm sure the owners would be embarrassesd of them. More

Recall service appointment scam I should have read the reviews before going near this dealer. I made a 1st thing, 7:00 am "appointment" for the 1.5 hour ignition switch recall. I arr I should have read the reviews before going near this dealer. I made a 1st thing, 7:00 am "appointment" for the 1.5 hour ignition switch recall. I arrived at 7:00 am. After "checking in", they said there was no way to tell how long it would take could be 2.5, 3.5, 4 hours. "Your appointment is to meet with your service advisor, not to do the service." I said I'd reschedule, and asked if I made an appointment any time (next week, month year) at a certain time, would they do the service at that time? No, an appointment is to meet with an advisor - the actual repair can't be scheduled. Skip this dealer! More

Back & forth several more times, and after an agreement they added a dealer fee which amount had not been disclosed until after signing offer. This entire buying experience was demeaning, waste of time. Will never go back. Went to a "no haggle" dealer, found a car of greater value,, no haggle, no pressure, treated with respect. Best car buying experience ever .CAR BUYERS WAKE UP! we do not have to go through this ridiculous experience. Renee More

I was actually told by a general manager (exact quote) " I wish we can go back on the deal because I don't like doing business with people like you". More

I have also brought my non-Chrysler/Jeep vehicles for general service, tires, and have unfortunately had to use their body shop twice and was extremely pleased and satisfied with their work and customer service. I've seen the negative reviews and am baffled as to why I have not seen that in my experience. I'm sure there are some issues and people that are not customer oriented like all other business deal with, but I know that this particular crew and staff at this dealership are working hard to make sure the customer experience is A+ and have always looked for my feedback at every juncture of the sales or service process. I genuinely believe that customer feedback is reviewed and followed up to the highest level and they do their darnedest to remedy the situation and find a solution that the customer can be happy driving away with. That is the experience I have had with them so far and I don't expect no less from them going forward. I intend to replace my future vehicles with ones from this particular dealership and look to continue my relationship with them. It does pain me to see the negative reviews but I know that it pains them just as much and they have the resolve and the will to make things right. The leadership and management staff of this organization, in my opinion, is committed to the highest levels of customer service and they're diligently striving to this end.
