Today`s the 20th of June, and my wife has been in a rental for the past two weeks, as apparently repainting a tailgate is above their capabilities. In addition, while in their care they forgot to attach the door stop, and as a result the cowling under the windshield (drivers-side) now has a huge ding! This is our fourteenth Jeep Wrangler, but definitely our first and last at Jacksonville Chrysler Jeep Dodge. ONCE YOU SIGN THE PAPERWORK, YOU`RE MOST DIFINETLY ON YOUR OWN! STAY AWAY!!!!! More

Misleading from Service to Sales. They could not find my keys for 2 hours after oil change & tire rotation last week. Jeep ran hot yesterday, returned to dealership and was told that it was "bone dry" and had no antifreeze. No one could say why they didn't know that last week. Yet, today's trip cost $625 plus the cost of antifreeze. Hubby said it had to go and spent hours on the 3rd floor in search of a new vehicle. After numbers changed more than once, papers signed, the salesman couldn't demo the Navigational system & said it had to be downloaded...for an additional $600! New Car Manager this morning talked to me like I was a complete idiot. More

I was able to get a great deal on my trade in and great incentives for my new purchase. I even enjoyed a delicious sandwich from the cafe. This is our family dealership, my husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from here and my sister has also purchased 1 with a wonderful experience. After discussing with the dealer I was told they were not responsible Sibley cause it was not included in the write of the deal so I'm stuck with used car payment and 400$ disposition fee. They returned the lease they should be responsible for the fee.I will not purchase abother vehicle here again ever much less a Dodge dealer. They screwed .e on the used car dealers as well 22k for base used camaro ls coupedon't go here unless you feelinexpensive being robbed More

He used a tax break to make his "figure". Service department is incompetent. They would not relay symptoms to tech so I had to talk to them myself. Truck was a xxx always in shop and warranty covered nothing. Traded at Duval Ford for a Brand new mustang and couldn't be happier. JUST RUN AWAY! I AM AN IDIOT FOR NOT SEEING THE RED FLAGS DON'T BE LIKE ME!!! More
