After expressing my needs it only took me a matter of a few minutes for Jay to lead me to exactly what I wanted. I was able to get a great deal on my trade in and great incentives for my new purchase. I even enjoyed a delicious sandwich from the cafe. This is our family dealership, my husband and I have purchased 3 vehicles from here and my sister has also purchased 1 with a wonderful experience. I have also sent several friends and co-workers and none of us have a single negative thing to say. We feel we got the very best deal, interest rate and treatment through and through. I can only say positive things for all of our experiences and we are thankful to have found a place we feel Provides a win-win outcome for all parties involved. More
Took advantage of I purchased a used vehicle with a lease turn in early. The sale was to pay my dodge lease off and clear me of the vehicle now one month later I get a I purchased a used vehicle with a lease turn in early. The sale was to pay my dodge lease off and clear me of the vehicle now one month later I get a bill from chrysler for disposition fee. After discussing with the dealer I was told they were not responsible Sibley cause it was not included in the write of the deal so I'm stuck with used car payment and 400$ disposition fee. They returned the lease they should be responsible for the fee.I will not purchase abother vehicle here again ever much less a Dodge dealer. They screwed .e on the used car dealers as well 22k for base used camaro ls coupedon't go here unless you feelinexpensive being robbed More

The finance Manager was awesome as well. He didn't force us to buy extra items. He explained our options. I love my car. I will definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family in the future. Way to go Devon Taylor. YOU KICK BUTT! More

He used a tax break to make his "figure". Service department is incompetent. They would not relay symptoms to tech so I had to talk to them myself. Truck was a xxx always in shop and warranty covered nothing. Traded at Duval Ford for a Brand new mustang and couldn't be happier. JUST RUN AWAY! I AM AN IDIOT FOR NOT SEEING THE RED FLAGS DON'T BE LIKE ME!!! More

Still have not got a call back. I'm stranded at home waiting on their call. He will not return my voicemails. I called the office. They have no clue where he is. No clue what the status is. And per the women who answered the phone. He is the only one that can tell me the status. I asked her if she could please find out. She said she has no idea how to. This happens almost every time I take it for service. That's in me for allowing them several chances. It's just conv to my house. But they do NOT care about my time. That's obvious. I will never go there again. Their staff has the worst communication of and company I've ever dealt with. I'm sure the owners would be embarrassesd of them. More

After "checking in", they said there was no way to tell how long it would take could be 2.5, 3.5, 4 hours. "Your appointment is to meet with your service advisor, not to do the service." I said I'd reschedule, and asked if I made an appointment any time (next week, month year) at a certain time, would they do the service at that time? No, an appointment is to meet with an advisor - the actual repair can't be scheduled. Skip this dealer! More

Back & forth several more times, and after an agreement they added a dealer fee which amount had not been disclosed until after signing offer. This entire buying experience was demeaning, waste of time. Will never go back. Went to a "no haggle" dealer, found a car of greater value,, no haggle, no pressure, treated with respect. Best car buying experience ever .CAR BUYERS WAKE UP! we do not have to go through this ridiculous experience. Renee More
