Through no fault of Casey or JCJD there were extenuating issues with my truck. I wasn't happy with my truck to say the least however, I was extremely pleased with the effort that was put forth by Casey Lawrence and Johnny McGuire. I feel like I was treated more than fair by these 2 fine people and I truly appreciate the emphasis they put on customer service. In a time where it's hard to find someone you feel you can trust, especially when it comes to working on your vehicle, they displayed exemplary customer service and have earned my respect and business for years to come. Thank you Casey and thank you Johnny. More
Experience at the Collision Center I scraped the bumper of my 2012 Fiat on a cement post in a parking garage. Although the damage was minimal, it was obvious to me. I took it to the Collision Center at 11101 Nursery Field Dr for an estimate of what it would cost to fix. I talked to the young man there and also to his boss, Amanda Newberry. They gave me a couple of options, which of course were expensive due to the amount of work involved in fixing a bumper. Amanda also said a paint pen might hide the scrape. It wouldn’t be a perfect fix, but it would fit my purposes. I bought a paint pen in the service department and Amanda fixed it herself. It looked just fine! I was so impressed that she would suggest this and actually get down and do it herself. Kudos to Amanda!! I have always had good experiences at this Chrysler Jeep Dodge dealership, but this was above and beyond! Thank you! More

On both occasions, he treated me in the utmost professional, courteous and friendly manner. He made sure I was taken care of in the best way possible while I had my car serviced. He consistently demonstrates his extremely high competence in the car business. He thoroughly explains the features the cars have. He is doing a great job advertising the cars his dealership sells even in his free time. He and his supervisor Mr. Mark Gitt also made sure my car was properly cleaned after it was serviced. Mr. Vargason and Mr. Gitt are great assets to their company. More

I would never have gone to Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge at Baymeadows, but having a warranty issue I was I wish I had read these other reviews 6 weeks ago. I would never have gone to Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge at Baymeadows, but having a warranty issue I was kind of trapped, and they knew it. They have well-trained service managers who are programmed to deal with irate customers. They have an answer to every objective and complaint to pacify the customer, with nothing more than words and promises. Customer service men and women who are just puppets with no idea on how to set customer expectations. Handled the right way and honestly customers can make plans to accommodate, instead, it’s one inconvenience after another. Really, how long does it take to change out a transmission, 5 weeks? Finally, after being told we’ll be out in 20 minutes, we leave 2 hours later only to get ½ a mile down the road before the vehicle breaks down. If we hadn’t been lied to and inconvenienced enough, I had a sales manager with a high and mighty attitude put the phone down on me because of my frustration. This is not an isolated problem. This is a company that is out of control and from upper management down, it is obvious they are out to make as much money as possible at the expense of the customers time and inconvenience. I went to Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge at Baymeadows because they were the closest dealership. Do yourself a favor, read the other reviews and consider going anywhere but this organization. You’ll live longer. More

I have a busy schedule and tried to do most of the transaction over the phone. I was told there is no jeep with the features I want. I found other dealers who had it though. But this dealership is literally less than a mile from my house. I called back andctoldcthencwhat I had found elsewhere. I was told to come back in because one just arrived. I came in and got the price I wanted. I feel it was a fair deal for both sides. Less than a month later I had electrical xxxxxxin my new jeep. Took half a day to get them fixed . I was offered a loan car if I wanted to pay for a rental. When I complained I was offered a 1 day loaner for free. I simply walked home . About two months ago I went in for an oil change and showed the person who helped me his faded my rear bumper was. He told me nothing he could do I had it speak to someone else. So I did. A woman came out and took pictures and said she would have to submit tgiuse pics to Jeep. At that time I also told her about some other issues. The inside trim that the top lays in is decentarating and the carpet would stayed tucked down in the floor are of the console where they took it a part to fix the electrical issue. I was told not to worry they would fix them all at the same time. That was around 2 months ago. No call back ever. I have called several times and each time I call during business hours and get transferred to a voicemail. I leave a message and then call back and ask for a manager. I get his voice mail to. I leave another message. I have done this prob 5 times. No callas back. I call this afternoon. Same thing. I complain about never getting a call back And get promised a manager will call me before close of business. No call. I call back tonight and talk to a rude manager who told me I was called multiple times. I asked if that is true than why am I still calling. It wasn’t true. The manager started to get frustrated and was rude. So I was rude back. And for that I appplogize. I am told someone will call me tomorrow. I highly doubt it. I will gladly update This complaint if and when this issue is resolved . More

2017 Jeep Cherokee is a Lemon DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A JEEP CHEROKEE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited on 8/27/17. From day on DO NOT!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE A JEEP CHEROKEE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I purchased a brand new 2017 Jeep Cherokee limited on 8/27/17. From day one of having this car, I noticed the temperature gauge would always fluctuate, the hood would be really hot and I can smell a burning anti freeze smell. After awhile, the temperature gauge finally went over the middle and I was able to get a picture of it to show the dealership so they couldn’t tell me they couldn’t replicate the problem (thank god for these phones). On 10/10/17 I took my car to the dealership for repairs. Of course it took them 7 days to try and fix it. I was told my car wasn’t wired correctly from the factory and it had a bad sensor. Picked up my car late night on 10/18/17 everything seemed fine. 10/21/17 went back to the dealership because it was running hot again and even worse than before they tried to fix it. Found out that the technician that was working on my car left the cap unscrewed that goes to the antifreeze. So I could of had a blown engine!!!! They refilled the anti freeze, screwed the top on correctly and sent me home saying that should fix the problem. Well it’s 10/24/17 and I’m back at the dealership again. The car is still running hot! This is my 3rd and final attempt with this car and I will be reporting it as a lemon. Corporate is a joke and the dealership just passes you around from person to person. Think twice before getting these regular Jeep Cherokees. I wish I did my research they are on the top list for complaints and high rates of reported lemons. More
Don't not buy/deal with this dealership!!! Ummm where to start... tried buying a ram truck a year and half ago from this place, completely rude so I went to sister dealership and had them pick Ummm where to start... tried buying a ram truck a year and half ago from this place, completely rude so I went to sister dealership and had them pick up the truck from here so I could buy the truck from other dealership... I bought the extra tire and electrical warranty because some electrical was not covered ps don't do it... which brings me to today dropped truck off at 10am 10/7/17 for oil change (diesel) and nail in a tire so I had an appointment!!!!!! I'm still standing here 3:25pm with no truck and a 5 more mins 20 mins ago. Screw this dealership and screw dodge give though my grandfather was a engineer for Chrysler for 35 yrs!!!! More
Poor Service I went in to have a tire repaired and didn't have the 'key' for the locking lug nuts. They told me I should buy a new set for ~$70 so that in an emer I went in to have a tire repaired and didn't have the 'key' for the locking lug nuts. They told me I should buy a new set for ~$70 so that in an emergency I would have the right key. They fixed my tire and it was not until I got home I found the new locking lugs in the console! They left the old ones on. I texted and the service rep, Damone, and he apologized and said to bring it back in sometime and they'd put them on. I explained I didn't want to wait around there for 2 hours or more for their mistake. He said that was my only choice. Another lady (Kerry or Carey) called me several weeks later and said she would straighten it out and get me in so I wouldn't have to wait very long. All this happened on June 3, 2017. I am still waiting for at least half-decent service. I bought this truck there...a mistake I shall not make again. More
