RUDE RUDE RUDE...STAY AWAY!! I won an eBay auction, and while looking for the address online I came across so many negative reviews...I addressed my concerns to Bob, who proceeded I won an eBay auction, and while looking for the address online I came across so many negative reviews...I addressed my concerns to Bob, who proceeded to name call, insinuate I was never planning on paying, called me ignorant and claimed the reviews were not legitimate. Needless to say, I will take the eBay hit, because his response to me reiterated every negative review I read...and I refuse to give this place my business...RUN AWAY!! More
Love my RV Bought a 2003 Dolphin. It was exactly as described. Only issue was extremely minor as it was a $2 map light bulb that took thirty seconds to change. I Bought a 2003 Dolphin. It was exactly as described. Only issue was extremely minor as it was a $2 map light bulb that took thirty seconds to change. I didn't even ask and they got one and replaced it while I was doing the paperwork. I drove it 800 miles to North Carolina with my Wife and two young Daughters and it was great! Not a single issue. I've had it for over a month now and have taken it on a trip on the Blue Ridge Parkway in the mountains. It didn't miss a beat. I'm very satisfied and have Dan looking for my Brother an RV for his family. Highly recommend! More

Several things stuck out as red flags with the first being the worst. During the 20 minute "test drive" video, Bob's son says several times that one of the key reasons that the engine is good on this truck is because the check engine light (CEL) doesn't come on 10 minutes after driving it. He then pans down to the dash to show this. I sent an email asking him why the CEL doesn't illuminate when the engine is running as it should be. He promptly responded that it may be 1 of 3 things. Either there is a tune uploaded disabling it, the bulb is out or it has been disabled. I then send him an email asking for a pic or video of the dash showing the CEL illuminated when the key is turned to run. As we all know, disabling the CEL is a big tactic used by shady people. His next response is, "It's been disabled". I then called him out for trying to sell a truck fraudulently and with shady tactics. His response is vulgar and defensive. He knowingly and intentionally misrepresented a vehicle with full knowledge that the CEL has been disabled while referencing the fact that it was a good truck because it wasn't illuminated. Next shady practice was the "fine print" in his ebay listing. Below it is copied/pasted for your viewing pleasure. Notice that it says that they won't even back what they write or say about the vehicle. "This vehicle is being sold as is, where is with no warranty, expressed written or implied. The seller shall not be responsible for the correct description, authenticity, genuineness, or defects herein, and makes no warranty in connection therewith. No allowance or set aside will be made on account of any incorrectness, imperfection, defect or damage. Any descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as a warranty of any type. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value and to bid based upon that judgement solely. The seller shall and will make every reasonable effort to disclose any known defects associated with this vehicle at the buyer's request prior to the close of sale. Seller assumes no responsibility for any repairs regardless of any oral statements about the vehicle." The last thing was the fact that the mentioned that the vehicle had been repainted in the fine print. Why wouldn't this be with the rest of the vehicle's description? "This truck has a clean Carfax with no accident, flood, or salvage history; but for some reason it has been fully repainted from green to blue. We can only assume that someone loved this truck but just didn't like green. It's almost flawless and you wouldn't know it was repainted unless we told you so we're telling you so nobody gets mad later." Just a word to the wise, I would avoid this seller at all cost. More

Advertised on ebay a 2001 diesel pusher, when I picked up the RV it turned out that it was a 2000. He promised to pay for a repair on the electrical wiring for the mirrors (375.00) and replace a broken part on the microwave (95.00). I'm still waiting on my money, and he will not return my calls. They also altered some wiring to hide the fact that all five batteries were bad. He also wants you to leave him positive feedback before you leave the lot. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, RUN DO NOT WALK AWAY FROM THIS GUY !!!!!!!!! More

Buyer Beware I recently purchased from Bob Dale/Jackson Lease Sales and DO NOT recommend buying from them. I was assured EVERYTHING worked. Generator was bad, ov I recently purchased from Bob Dale/Jackson Lease Sales and DO NOT recommend buying from them. I was assured EVERYTHING worked. Generator was bad, oven didn't work, multiple lights didn't work, outlets bad..... I was consistently told they would take care of a couple of theses issues but it never happened. They slap some band aids on these campers and hope they hold up until your check clears the bank. At that point, they hide behind their No Warranty. Their word means nothing, do not believe a thing you are told. More
