These folks are nice as can be....until they get your money--then they are DONE with you. We bought a used motor home off of E-Bay. Their ad and video tour showed it to me in "perfect" condition. A few miles down the road we realized that was NOT true. They completely misrepresented the item. They have great positive feedback on E-Bay because they have learned to manipulate the Feedback system. They practically force you to give positive feedback by sitting you down at their computer with your account pulled up and have you log in and give feedback while breathing down your neck while you type--before you even get the keys and drive away, realizing all the things they have expertly hidden from you. We only got a few hours away and the whole top right of the cabover skin flew off down the Interstate revealing extensive water damage after they repeatedly said there were NO leaks. We spent the next 600 miles duct taping it so the rest didn't blow off before we got home. After it peeled off, we could see fresh caulk where they tried to hide where it was pulled away. Plus the motor that "runs great" kept dying every time we stopped ($300 to fix when we finally got home). The awning in "perfect condition" needs replaced and the whole front end of the cabover needs replaced with new wood/skin (minumum of $5000 according to the estimate). Our check had already cleared the bank by the time we flew down, picked it up and drove down the road. They sure weren't going to give our money back! We had no idea when we left of the problems that awaited us. When we finally made it home, we tried to contact Bob Dale and he first hung up when he heard our name and then said he couldn't hear and would call us back. Of course, he hasn't. He won't talk to us, much less do anything or explain the hidden damgages. We want to warn people of his shady practices so hopefully he won't do this to anyone else. I would SERIOUSLY think twice about doing business with Jackson Lease Sales. We have bought numerous vehicles all over the US through E-Bay without any problems at all, until this motorhome. We trusted their feedback report, unaware of their practices to get such a high rating. It never occured to us to look outside of E-Bay but after the fact, Google revealed numerous reviews of them doing the same thing to other people. We are careful about who we do business with and trusted them and they completely misrepresented their item. When we called them on it, wouldn't even talk to us. BUYER BEWARE!!!!! More

Went into this deal knowing i was buying a used motorhome as is where is. Was picked up by Brandon at the airport on a sunday ans taken to the dealer and checked out motorhome when i got there did the paper as is where is. But if you dont know what your dealing with and you treat it like buying a new vehicle you will be very disapointed. More

Nice to talk to and that where it STOPS. No returned calls. No customer service. Many excuses no action. I would steer clear.
