Traveled to Jackson MS for viewing, and again was assured for travel, but found several critical items NON-functional.. Bob assured me all systems would be repaired in one week max , plus they would deliver to us in Southern MS, if completed the purchase. Paid for RV, waited 3 weeks for home,. Brandon delivered unit. He was covered in sweat, air system in-op, RV door would not latch. He agreed to return and fix any issues. 1 Day after delivery, we began to inspect the coach..Not enough time to list all the issues. Short list: water system total failure with massive leak under the floor - unuseable, AC system total failure-requiring replacement, headlights and exterior lights malfunction, interior lights in-op, Air suspension system leaking and needs replacement, shocks need replacement, 12' x 2' panel hanging down under coach, front door latches broken, windshield cracked, wash room sink, toilet, shower system totally broken requiring replacement, More

Bob was responsive throughout the process to answer all my questions about the unit and provided the required info during the financing portion. Upon our arrival to pickup the unit it was in the condition expected based on the company's advertising and description(s.) Mechanically it ran great and took us non-stop the 750 miles back home to the Chicago area. During delivery Bob's staff was very helpful in walking me through the units basic systems and operation before setting us on our way. Now we are planning the remodeling & upgrading necessary, as we anticipated prior to purchase, to make it our own over the upcoming winter. This was our experience. More
RUN RUN RUN! Purchased a 2001 Safari Panther 425 last December. Was told over the phone/internet that everything worked on it and it was ready to go. Made trip to Purchased a 2001 Safari Panther 425 last December. Was told over the phone/internet that everything worked on it and it was ready to go. Made trip to Jackson to pick up, arrived around 5pm and immediately felt rushed to get the deal done. I had asked Bob over the phone if this unit had the Velvet Ride suspension and was told no, first thing is see on the side of the vehicle is the "Velvet Ride" logo by the entry door, asked Brandon about this and was told that "someone must have just put the sticker on there" HA. Should have RAN then. Interior that I was told had no odors smelt very musty but was assured that it was from the steam cleaning of the carpet. Hydro Hot system would not pump water to the front heat coils due to pump not working, Bob assured me he would send a new pump and even filled out a "We OWE" form for it. I reluctantly went ahead and completed the purchase (only because the price was well below retail) and headed home. As soon as I got on the interstate and went over a few bridges (bumps) it was obvious that the suspension was not right, it was like riding a bull. Pulled over to spend the night a Wal-Mart parking lot put the emergency brake on and it did not work, went to put the jacks down and only one would work. After getting it home found the following issues: rear air bag blown front shocks completely shot roof leak (wet smell, carpet had not been cleaned just water from roof leak) rear AC unit bad parking break completely removed from unit washer/dryer did not work cracked dash hidden by dash pad. musty dog smell took two month of cleaning to get out. I realize that I should have backed out and I own that. I was not going to post anything if BOB would have at least held up to his "WE OWE" for the hydro hot pump ($600). After now 8 months I still have not received it. I have sent many messages and called numerous times, Brandon told me two times that it had been sent but would not provide tracking. I have invested $8000.00 in the motorhome now to make it usable. BOB an BRANDON are not honest people and should have been upfront with the issues on this unit!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! More

USED. purchased on Friday......replaced the toilet and mattress.....completely cleaned the rv and left for Florida on Monday with the family......returned on Thursday and then I ( 50 year old female) left for AZ on Friday all by myself. This rv was the first one i had ever driven and I took off on a 3,000 + mile trip. My only problem with this rv was that my back up camera was cutting in and out due to a faulty connector. In the last 3 1/2 months we have spent 38 nights in this camper and everything works great........except the camera.....haven't been still long enough to fix it.. The only advice i can give is take your time and inspect anything you are planning to buy.........do your research and know what you are buying. Don't expect to get a perfect rv...............they are USED. More

He worked with our very difficult lender and provided all necessary documentation, and worked with us on a purchase we were nervous about sight unseen. Once we arrived he and his mechanic Brandon walked us through the RV, showed us how to correctly operate features, and even helped us load a car to tow back. We took RV to our local mechanic once we got home and were pleased to find it was well maintained as advertised. Very helpful dealer who is happy to share all info he has and refer you to his mechanic if it is beyond his scope of knowledge. It's nice when a sight unseen purchase goes better than expected and this one did just that. Very nice Coach for a reasonable price. More

I contacted Bob Dale and wired the full amount to him and it took two weeks to get the title(that was suppose to be clear)...the bank had it and they honestly miss mailed it to Alabama instead of Massachusetts..All well and done I get title in hand and fly to Jackson to drive my BT Cruiser back to Massachusetts. Motor not clean as you would expect from a rv sales company..dusty dash,, had a smell I still cannot identify, ..,Anyway I proceed on my 1450 mile journey and I immediately detect the rear passenger side brakes grinding....keep in mind I just signed a release of liability and I own it! I go another 50 miles and the check engine lite comes on and we all know how that works.....it was reset before I left. So now I hit Knoxville Tenn and the rear tire is screaming because of the friction and heat on the rear brake. I call Bob Dale and obviously he refers me to call his mechanic who cannot do anything at this time. I limp back to Massachusetts stopping every so often to let the brake assembly cool down. This is NOT the SERVICE you get at any quality dealership. At the present the RV will go into the garage for full rear brake service and the check engine lite probably will not be a cheap fix. It really too bad because I kinda took a shining to Bob thought he was a nice guy....he probably is but he does not have a very professional operation going on down in Jackson...they really don't, go that extra mile to clean the rig or provide any good service....must be money before customers. I wish I too would have seen these reviews b4 my purchase. BUYER BEWARE.....PAY FOR AN PRIVATE INSPECTION PERSON WITH A OBD CODE READER!!!!! More

Coachmen RV purchase I want to say how pleased I was with the business relations I had with Bob Dale and the other members of the team at Jackson Lease Sales. I purchased I want to say how pleased I was with the business relations I had with Bob Dale and the other members of the team at Jackson Lease Sales. I purchased a Coachmen RV from him last weekend, and I have been very pleased with it. Before the purchase I was in touch with Bob on several occasions, and he was always very upfront and honest in the information he provided about a couple vehicles that they had in stock. In fact, we were originally intending to purchase one particular RV, but my wife and I had also been considering a second vehicle they had. I had mentioned this other consideration to Bob, and he held both vehicles for our review (even though I understood a few other persons showed very strong interest in buying one before we arrived at his site). My wife and I flew out to Jackson, MS on a Sunday morning. Bob was not able to meet with us that day, because he had made prior arrangements to visit some relatives out of town that weekend. So he arranged to have his mechanic, Brandon, meet us at the airport and take us to the Jackson Lease lot. My wife and I are first-time RVers, and we had several questions about the vehicles and the whole process of operating and maintaining an RV. Brandon spent close to 3 hours with us providing a walk-through of the 2 vehicles we were interested in, and showing us the basic operation of the different systems on the vehicles. I never felt any pressure from anyone to purchase a vehicle, and Bob's partner, Chuck, finalized the deal at the price Bob and I had agreed to over the phone. Brandon told us to call him if we had any questions or problems, and I did contact him to resolve one question I had with the hydraulic leveling jacks. Overall I consider the entire experience of working with the folks at Jackson Lease Sales to be a very positive one, and I would recommend them to others without hesitation. More
