Great Experience I searched all over the southeast looking for the best deal on a 2015 MDX. I wrongly assumed that Jackson Acura's prices would not be competitive. A I searched all over the southeast looking for the best deal on a 2015 MDX. I wrongly assumed that Jackson Acura's prices would not be competitive. After getting the typical dealer run around with the other dealers I spoke with, I reluctantly sent in a price request to Jackson Acura and received an immediate response. The price quote was very fair and included all junk fees. In fact, the price was so fair that I didn't have the heart to make a counter and immediately accepted. Our salesman was Paul Silverman. The entire purchase experience with Paul was fantastic. Based on our experience, I am now taking mother to see Paul about a new RDX. More

With a new driver in my family, I was I just has a very positive buying experience at Jackson Acura thanks to CM (Chege Maina) and Eric Abernathy. With a new driver in my family, I was in the market for a 3rd car and wanted an SUV that was safe and reliable. I looked at CR-V's, RAV 4's and Escapes. I ended up buying a 2011 RDX (much better quality that will last longer, and not that much higher in price). I HATE stepping foot on new/used car lots, and my experience at 3 others was exactly what I expected - - BAD (not genuine, lots of BS, pressure, etc.). When I went to Jackson Acura, it was the exact opposite. CM and Eric were great to deal with - - professional, courteous, genuine and easy to work with. They didn't pressure me; their unspoken approach was, "we've got a great product(s) for what you're looking for, and we're guessing you'll realize it soon, and we're here to help get you in a vehicle at a fair price." I know that if you read enough reviews of anything on the internet, you'll see both good and bad - - I'm definitely in the "95+% positive camp" in regards to Jackson Acura! More

My husband and I came to Jackson Acura with our 3 children, under the age of 10. We were able to test drive, and purchase the vehicle with great ease. My children had snacks, and were given crayons and coloring books. They got to play board games while my husband and I signed paperwork. I was surprised how "kid friendly" the dealership was.
