The only critique I have is I did wait around for a time while they determined what work needed to be done, then for the loaner car. Also, I almost couldn't get my car returned the same evening because the Atlanta traffic was terrible and I returned the loaner car after the service department closed. Fast and satisfactory I was coming out of a lease and having a difficult time trying to decide which SUV would best suit my needs. We had a great experience. The salesperson was great. He immediately picked up on my needs and understood exactly how to best use his time with me. It was the quickest purchase experience I have ever encountered. I love the car and I am sure I will enjoy driving it. More
