I was informed of the problems and which items were critical to address and which ones could wait. They provided me a Lyft home free of charge. Car is running great after the service so pretty pleased. Acura washed my car after the repairs so that was nice too. More

My husband and I leased 2 cars here, bought the prepaid maintenance plan (well worth it) and just purchased those 2 cars after 3 years. Everyone I have encountered from salesman Michael Wiest to various s maintenance plan (well worth it) and just purchased those 2 cars after 3 years. You will always have some issues come up at any business, but Jackson has always worked at resolving any problems quickly and fairly. Highly recommend! More

This service visit was very smooth. First oil change for our new MDX. Everyone was helpful and they even allowed me into the shop to show me something I had asked about on the car. I always enjoy the customer lounge and get work done there while waiting for my car (now cars). Love Acura and we are on our third one now. Having said that about our new Acura, I do have an issue that came up with my 2016 TLX. Had it in for service and was advised I had leaking trans and needed $1600+ in service fees to correct. Took it to AAMCO and they cleaned everything (there was very little trans fluid in the pan, no indication of a significant leak). Then they suggested I drive a few days and come back...when I did that there was NO leakage. So, nothing to repair. And they charged me zero for doing all that. Bought new Michelins with the money I DID NOT spend on the trans repair. Interesting, huh? Whaddya think, Rodney? Revenue enhancement? More

Generally good BUT two things . .. never received an estimate despite being told it was emailed to me (had to phone in for it) and never received final invoice which was supposed to .. never received an estimate despite being told it was emailed to me (had to phone in for it) and never received final invoice which was supposed to be emailed to me but I have yet to receive it. These are small things that can be easily addressed. Attention to detail is important if you want to convey a premium offering. Thank you! More
