Joey in finance was personable, clear, and made what is usually the most stressful part feel smooth and easy. The entire team was understanding, professional, and respectful of my time. We were very disappointed in the service at Jackson Acura from the moment we arrived. Chege was not well educated on the features of the car that we were purchasing and gave us incorrect information. He also seemed very disengaged in the sale of the car. Dmitry was and still is the most unpleasant man we have ever encountered at a car dealership. Before we arrived at Acura, we had many pleasant dealership experiences, but chose Jackson Acura due to a friends recommendation. Dmitry speaks down to women and has terrible communication skills. He is the reason that we will not recommend Jackson Acura to others. More
