On 5/5/25, I brought my 2021 RDX in for a sunroof that would not close. Only to find that the entire fixture had to be replaced because Acura posted a service bulletin 8/11/23 that they weren’t installed would not close. Only to find that the entire fixture had to be replaced because Acura posted a service bulletin 8/11/23 that they weren’t installed properly. I was never notified of any of this. My vehicles warranty had lapsed so I had to pay close to $4000. I was given a loaner vehicle for a day and when the car was returned to me, the one touch feature did not work. Also, the track that was installed was broken for the new sunroof. I was inconvenienced again, 5/12/25 , having to bring my vehicle back in and have an entire new one installed. Very disappointed that my vehicle was allowed to leave the lot and returned to me only to find out it needed to be replaced a second time. Also, I feel that since this was a Acura problem, I should be compensated for the replacement of the entire moon roof. This is an issue that needs to be recalled so that it doesn’t happen to other owners of Acura RDX and MDX. Thank you, Courtney Spradlin More

We had a fuel pump recall issue. It took months and no word. Finally, my wife called back and was informed the part still hadn’t come in. Finally, she made arrangements to leave it for two weeks while we were out of town. The dealership was advised that when we got back, the car was moving out of state. We were led to believe we could not go elsewhere as the part was specifically for our vehicle. Miraculously, it was done, along, of course with the recommendation for $1,800.00 worth of other services. The lack of communication, concern and attention were underwhelming to say the least. I will not have any service done at this dealership again. Also, website does not list GM or any other leader for contact. More
