Excellent sales person esp. for a long distance purchase I found a vehicle you had listed a week ago. I called and was connected to Ms. Kristin Burns. I told her that I was roughly 6 hours away and that I wa I found a vehicle you had listed a week ago. I called and was connected to Ms. Kristin Burns. I told her that I was roughly 6 hours away and that I was interested in this vehicle as well as trading a vehicle I had but that time spent in the dealership had to be short. She instantly sent me an enhanced photo package of the vehicle so I could examine it more thoroughly. I showed it to my wife and she loved it. I emailed back the next day or so and left a message for Kristin. She was off that day but took the time to call me from her cell phone. We emailed back and forth a few times and negotiated some on the price to what seemed fair for both of us. I left her a deposit over the phone on a Wednesday to hold the car and drove up Friday morning arriving a little after one o'clock. I met with her and found her to be extremely professional. She had all of my paperwork ready to go, got me in and out of finance in about an hour, helped me get all of my stuff out of my trade and got me back on the road in record time so I could get home at a reasonable hour. I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I don't know if all of Cooper BMW's sales people are this good but she surely was. If you're a consumer reading this review just take the guesswork out of it and ask for Kristin. I would most certainly buy another car from her. She was awesome. Thanks again, Lewis B. More

Poor service and dishonest sales tactics We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours the day we signed our lease as they stall and essentially try to wear you down so you will stop wanting t We were at the dealership for almost 8 hours the day we signed our lease as they stall and essentially try to wear you down so you will stop wanting to negotiate and just sign papers. Trap tactics used to extract money out of lease customers. We had a 30,000 miles lease on an X3. We were forced to replace all four tires before turning the car back in and at that point in the lease, they have all the leverage and there is no way to negotiate. Inspector told me "People typically replace the tires on their car every 2 years". Are you kidding me? Cost me $1,200 that we were not planning on having to pay. If you plan on leasing, negotiate price way down and assume they will force you to replace all the tires upon turn-in. Better yet, find another car dealer to work with. More
