I am a fool I have bought 5 cars from Jackie Cooper since 2000, four of them being 7-series. I stopped buying BMW's due to service problems with the Edmond facil I have bought 5 cars from Jackie Cooper since 2000, four of them being 7-series. I stopped buying BMW's due to service problems with the Edmond facility. I recently bought a 7-series from J-C and in the 10 weeks that have passed since its purchase, the car has been at J-C's more than I have had it. I was recently returned to me and still is not fixed. I am a fool for giving this dealership another chance to fix its problems. I have spoken to everyone in authority at this dealership I can find and yet the result has been the same. Shame on Jackie Cooper for its performance. Shame on me for continuing to give it 'second' chances. More
shop for BMW service Cooper quoted $1165.00 to replace 6 plugs and an ignition coil!! I checked with BMW dealers in Tulsa, Dallas and Wichita and they all quoted around $ Cooper quoted $1165.00 to replace 6 plugs and an ignition coil!! I checked with BMW dealers in Tulsa, Dallas and Wichita and they all quoted around $500!!. I called the service writer back and told them I was going to talk with the service manager about this bid, they said "no need to get them involved. If I change it $500 will that work for you?" If you have to have work done here, it would be wise to get another bid. More

He was pleasant, personable, and seemed to really enjoy his job. The best part was that the whole process took less than 15 minuets and I was on my way. This will be my go to service center! More
Poor service and dishonest dealership. I strongly suggest to get your used car inspected by a mechanic before purchase. They won't reimburse incase you sell the car withinh a year and without ever reaching the miles where extended warranty starts to cover. More

No service after the sale!! I learned a valuable lesson when you buy a car from Jackie Cooper BMW. Look the car over very closely before you sign and pay. Having purchased several new car I have never receive a car with items not ordered! I did from Jackie Cooper BMW and after three months of trying to resolve the error with Jackie Cooper, the result was nothing resolved. I have tried to have a meeting with the sales manger and he did not return my call. BMW corporate promised to resolve the issue and todate they have done nothing! The bottom line it was my fault for not giving the car a complete exam prior to the paperwork. The car came with an item not ordered or indicated on the invoice. This item makes transporting my wives wheel chair impossible. The salesman Franklin and I went over all options three times and no spare tire was ordered that takes up 1/2 the trunk space. Solution; is trading this fall for another brand of car. More
