worst customer service ever! I traveled over 1000 miles to purchase a used BMW and they expected me to purchase the car without seeing or driving it they told me it was on a lift I traveled over 1000 miles to purchase a used BMW and they expected me to purchase the car without seeing or driving it they told me it was on a lift for an airbag recall, they promised me a loaner car until it was repaired and because I refused to purchase without seeing or driving they reniged on the loaner.
