They got the car into the shop in just a few minutes, thoroughly checked the engine for leaking f My MINI had some fluid dripping on the garage floor. They got the car into the shop in just a few minutes, thoroughly checked the engine for leaking fluids, and found out that it was only AC condensate dripping from drain hose, a normal condition. I was on my way in 15 minutes after I dropped off the car and wasn't not charged for the visit. Great service! More

I called Cooper BMW the next day, spoke to Mr. Tony, very honeat guy. I was reimbursed the $315.00 , in no time I received a check from Cooper BMW. This guys stand behind their name !!! More
