Bought a vehicle from out of state (North Carolina) so entire transaction was done online and by phone. Did not receive proper documents or a temp tag to get vehicle registered. Has been 3 weeks and had entire transaction was done online and by phone. Did not receive proper documents or a temp tag to get vehicle registered. Has been 3 weeks and had to call 4 times and leave voice mails (none were returned) before finally speaking to someone (Brianna Grimes) who could assist us. She was helpful and promised to get us what we needed. Hopefully this will end what has been a very frustrating experience. More
We have worked for months trying to resolve issues regarding a vehicle we purchased from this dealership. Today I needed to leave my vehicle for maintenance and solve a little detail. My Service Coordinator; Thomas, was not there yet because I arrived early.
