Dropped 09 Eos off for service in June 2020. Had an issue with leaking frame on the passenger side (2nd time, same side). As of 1/12/2021 still don't have the car back. My service was completed quickly and at a fair price as well as a car wash. I normaly service mine at their MB service department (which is also 5 Stars.) but a friend was taking in their VW and I thought well as a car wash. I have experienced poor customer service at this dealership. It is very hard to speak with a service representative. Purchased a 2019 VW Beetle and the AC went out twice. I had to practically beg for a loaner vehicle while the vehicle was being serviced. This is the only dealership that has provided service for my vehicle. I had an issue where a cover was left off my sensor. They told me that there was video showing the cover was on when I left. I asked to see the video and for them to send it to me and they refused, eventhough it had been sent to the reps personal phone. What I saw was only a blurr and I asked to speak with the manager. I was told that the General manager would give me call. To this day I have not received a call. I felt like my issue was not even taken seriously. I also feel that Volkswagen should stand behind it products and when there is a problem they should not make the owner inconvienced and should at least offer to compensate for any inconvience. More

I was buying a vehicle that was in their shop from a customer who was unable to pay their bill. The manager was absolutely zero help on getting anything in order.
