I dropped by to test drive a GTI. From the moment Melody greeted me as I exited my old ride... it was unlike any car shopping experience I have had in my twenty years of buying cars in this area.... By the end of the whole deal I ended up buying a GTI R !!! ... An up sale... Lol.. That's proof of a good sale! Melody was amazingly the first car salesman that knew about cars... Never had that before! She wasn't dishing out the " the same old hash"... She knew about the car... She went above and beyond to make the sale without the " pressure tactics" used by other car lots use that run me off.... Your lucky to have her. Guy, the manger over sales, worked with me and Melody as well... And he was great... He also was very helpful and knew all about cars.... I had a great time getting to know them.... And hope to continue dealing with them. More

We visited a dealership offering a 2011 MINI Cooper with 30,000 miles for $19,900. It was a very nice car with a lot of features and the salesman was professional. We then went to Jack Ingram Volkswagen and were greeted at the door by Rick Murray. We explained what we were researching and Rick showed us a 2011 Volkswagen Golf with 20,000. Rick let us try the vehicle, with my wife driving, and during the test drive was very courteous, explaining all the details and specifications of the car. When we returned to the dealership, Rick stated the price was $16,900. We were floored by the value, and asked Rick to check to be sure this was the price. Rick checked and assured this was the price for the vehicle. We entered the necessary sales negotiations process, and Rick truly demonstrated how he is a high-caliber professional salesman. He offered several options and was very patient with us. We secured the purchase of the vehicle, and Rick proceeded to have the Golf detailed. While this process was occuring over the lunch hour, my wife inadvertantly stated I did not have lunch; so Rick offered pizza, which was a kind jesture. Rick escorted me to Ms Killough, who also was an exemplary professional that processed our paperwork promptly and courtesily. Bottom line: This was my fourth automobile purchase in 15 years and is the best car buying experience I have had!!! More

My wife and I decided to drive a VW Passat TDI after reading about the 2012 being the "car of the year", with great milage per gallon, etc, so I started looking for dealers on the internet where we con reading about the 2012 being the "car of the year", with great milage per gallon, etc, so I started looking for dealers on the internet where we contacted Rick Murrah at Jack Ingram Motors and set up a visit, just to sit in a car and maybe drive it. That was about three months ago, and we took delivery of our new 2013 Passat last week, approximately 2 months after ordering the car. We love the car and was very impressed with both Rick and the dealership. They were very professional and let us pick and choose without being pushy or overbearing, and we look forward to many trips in the future for service. More

I am on a very tight budget because I'm a teacher, and as you know, we make very little money. In addition, I have a son in college, and every single penny is taken each month to pay my basic expenses and m you know, we make very little money. This being said, I have negelected my 2007 Beetle service needs for the last year. I knew I needed service, but just could not afford it. Eventually, my headlights went out, and I made a Saturday appointment with Jack Ingram to get the headlights fixed. I knew I need additional service so, I decide to go ahead with an oil change and tire rottation and balance. My appointment was at 8:30 AM on Saturday September 29th. I arrived a little early at 8:10 AM. I was met by a Jack Ingram employee, Justin Worthington. I was dreading the worst, because everyone in Montgomery told me that Jack Ingram charges too much. Well, Justin greeted me with a warm "hello," and "good morning." He had a nice, friendly smile on his face. I was impressed and then told him about my financial situation. He said he could work with me and he did. I feel like I got the best automotative service I have ever received today. Even though I had to spend more than I intended, I felt as though Justin was on my side and worked with me to get the best price possible on my repairs. Even though I ended up paying a good deal of money for an oil change, brand new tires, an alignment, new headlights, and a new back up light that was also blown, I felt through the entire process that Justin did his very best to work with me. I left Jack Ingram, not upset at the bill, but very pleased with the service I received at Jack Ingram today. For all my future VW repairs, I will use the Saturday service at Jack Ingram Motors in Montgomery and I will recommend this service to any of my friends. Justin Worthington, in my humble opinion, is a fine young man who I felt really cared for me as a customer and as a person! He continually kept me informed about the price and the stauts of the repairs. Jack Ingram is very fortunate to have employees like Justin Worthington and whomever actually did the repairs on my VW Beetle; I'm very sorry I did not get the teachnicians name(s). My experience only proves that you can still get good quality service at a fair price. I give my highest recommendation to Jack Ingram Motors in Montgomery, Alabama and to Justin Worthington!!!!!!! More

First time at this dealership. I was greeted by the most friendly people. My car was taken care of promptly and the service written up quickly. The waiting room was nice, plenty of coffee and water. I met some very friendly people while there in the waiting room too. Heck I even bought a tee shirt in the little store. There is something about the South. You just make a person want to stay here. My experience at Jack INgram Volkswagen service was the best customer service I EVER had. When I first went in, I was really upset that my 2011 Volkswagen had the same problem (coolant leak) for the third best customer service I EVER had. When I first went in, I was really upset that my 2011 Volkswagen had the same problem (coolant leak) for the third time. I'm in the military and stationed in Maryland, but I'm in Alabama for 7 weeks for temporary duty. I felt that the staff here really cared, from Betty Ann Lloyd, who was so polite, pleasant, and professional every time we spoke, on the phone or in person. I am most impressed with my service technician, Steven McArthur. He was able to find a problem that my service station in Maryland did not find in the previous 2 visits for the coolant leak. His level of expertise is far superior and I really just want to take him back to Maryland with me! He was super nice and took the time to show me what the problem was instead of just handing me a bill. If I could come back to Jack Ingram VW service every time my car needed maintenance or service done, I absolutely would. Everyone in the service department was very friendly. Criss and Justin had exceptional customer service and professionalism. I couldn't be more pleased. Thank you so much. More
