I went to Jack Ingram to look at cars and the Eos caught my eye immediately. I was a little anxious about purchasing a car that was so, so different from my SUV. I brought my car to get serviced and decided to look at the new cars. Fred Jackson was my salesman 2 years ago and because of the great customer service he showed me we purchased 2 new Volkswagens. I am not quite sure where to begin explaining what a wonderful experience we have had with purchasing TWO new vehicles in two days! We Live in Enterprise, and had no idea purchasing a vehicle over the phone could be SO SIMPLE!!! In less than 4 hours from start to finish I had my new car in my driveway cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go! My story is: I took my 09 VW Beetle into service. I had just purchased this Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle in February and love it! The EPC light in the vehicle would come on and my car hesitated and the battery light came on and the vehicle just shut down while driving. Being a single mother of an 11 year old daughter; I could not except this. Chris Brock and Justin Worthington felt my pain. I was not happy with my 09 VW Convertible Beetle (Red). I talked to Mr. Fred Jackson who sold me the 09 Beetle in February and I explain my pain to him. He and Guy Martin spoke to me and reassured me it will be alright. These guys landed me in a 13 VW Convertible Beetle (Black). This car is so SWEET!!!! I can't express my thanks enough to my Dream Team at Jack Ingram VW. My wife and I were interested in purchasing a new VW Beetle. We first went to Panama City and were not impressed with their sales staff. This was the most enjoyable car buying experience we have ever had. Mario was our sales person and went out of his way to get us everything we asked for in our new vehicle. I was in the market for a new VW for awhile. I called around to all the local dealerships and Jack Ingram was the only one that was willing to give my a fair price for my trade in.
