From start to finish this was a great car buying experience. We had filled out a form on the dealer's website and we got a call back within 5 minutes. After talking to Monty, we headed to Lawrence experience. We had filled out a form on the dealer's website and we got a call back within 5 minutes. After talking to Monty, we headed to Lawrence to look at the new 2014 Honda Pilot. We were greeted as we pulled into the lot by both Monty and Bowe. They showed us the new car and explained many of the great features. Both of them seemed to know the product very well. Bowe showed us around the dealership including the service department. We took a test drive where his knowledge of the product was superior. He had us drive on the highway and in town. The price negotiation part was very easy. Unlike most dealers who want you to make an offer first, they presented a proposal with the price of their vehicle, trade in amount, and the total price including sales tax. I felt the trade in amount was low, and showed them on the internet what I thought it should be. I made a counter offer and they accepted. Total time about 5 minutes. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and we felt like valued customers. More
