My husband and I had a wonderful experience with everyone we came into contact with. The entire team made us feel welcome, especially Bowe Gribble. We are not one's who enjoy the experience of haggling so when we told Bowe that we needed a certain payment amount he was able too make it happen without the added pressure of going back and forth. He never said no and was always positive throughout the entire process. We also wanted to trade in a vehicle that was not running at the time and Bowe and the rest of the team offered to come to our house and help us get it up and running to bring it in. This is type of customer experience that we expect and enjoy. Thank you Jack Ellenna team! You truly made our experience a great one and I will recommend you all to anyone out there looking for a new or used vehicle! More

This Honda Dealer is the best. Although I did not purchase my Honda Element there the service department has been fantastic to me. He does this with everyone he deals with in the service department. The service department is very clean and everyone there is very friendly. They perform the work necessary to get you back on the road as soon as possible. They also do-not do work that is not needed. Today during my service visit I had the opportunity to chat with Bowe Gribble in the sales department. Bowe is very friendly and very knowledgeable about Honda products. Even though I am not in the market to purchase a vehicle at this time Bowe spent time asking about my Element and what service I was having done today. I am disabled and need a walker to get around. We began chatting when I walked over to the popcorn popper they have on the dealership floor to get a bag of popcorn. We started chatting when he said he would have brought me a bag of the popcorn. In my 56 years of purchasing vehicles from dealers and having dealers service my vehicle this Dealership far out performs any other dealership I have ever been to. A very nice waiting area for the service department always very clean. The sales staff is always friendly and from what I have observed they are not a very aggressive (pushy) staff. Someone always says hello to me when I am waiting for my service to be done. As far as the service costs I have had done in the last year they are very reasonable. I feel I have never been over charged and before any service is done a cost estimate is given. From what I have read in different Honda Element forums Jack Ellena Honda Dealership is one of the best. Not overcharging, not doing work not necessary, and getting the work done correctly. At least this is my experience and from what I have viewed whenever I am there having service done. I would rate this Dealership 5 Stars and Dennis Griffin and Bowe Gribble both at 5 Stars. Thank you for reading this review. Mike More
Nice friendly staff...very attentive. Matt is a good salesman and a very personable young man. Matt is not a high pressure type of salesman, which is good. The pressure was in a good-natured friendly way, and any regrets I have on the final price ultimately falls on me. I caved and I should know better. Jack Ellena Honda stands behind their product. We had a problem with our transaction about 10 months after our purchase. Even though they didn't do anything illegal during the transaction, they presented u problem with our transaction about 10 months after our purchase. Even though they didn't do anything illegal during the transaction, they presented us with an upfront and fair remedy to our situation. They agreed to purchase the vehicle back from us, and I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market to purchase a vehicle. John, the owner, is an outstanding person and businessman. He personally corresponded with us during our problem, and presented a fair buyout option. I will, if they want to do business with us in the future, shop there again. I am very impressed with their customer service, and I would be confident that anyone who shops at their store will receive a fair deal. We can't forget, they are not in business to break even. They are a business to make money, as well they should be! That's what keeps capitalism alive and our country's economy growing. These people are fair and honest. Just do a minimal amount of research on your purchase, and you will come out smelling like a rose. They are good home town people, and I hope our previous transaction wont tarnish any future dealings I hope to have down the road.
