They've got a great selection of used cars and I was able to narrow it down to the car I wanted within a couple visits. I started leasing for the first time last Summer with Matt as my sales person. I am a last year Pharmacy student at KU and I would've never thought I could've afforded a new car, but had never been told about the leasing option before Matt approached me last Summer. I am so glad he did! I traded in my 2007 civic last year for the 2013 civic lease. This summer I traded in the 2013 lease for the 2014 civic and it was so simple! Matt also informed me and got me approved through the graduate program Honda offers for recent graduates which helped me financially. I am very appreciative of Honda and Matt. Thank you! More

So I called them to set up a test drive. When I showed up the next day, they had the car all ready to go for me. I ended up purchasing the car after some negotiation with Marc and Coop. They made the car-buying experience pleasant (and dare I say, fun). The bargaining process was quick and painless, and they I did not feel pressured one bit through the entire process. We were met by a young sales man named Joshua Nold. He was a thoroughly nice and charming individual who worked with us on our purchase of our 2012 CRV. Josh has excellent communication skills and was very knowledgeable about the product we were considering. His attitude was one of considering what our wants and needs were, not just simply making a sale. We really appreciated the low-key, personal approach taken by Joshua and the other staff members with which we dealt. We never felt pressured or rushed, felt we got a very good deal on the CRV and have been very happy with it. Josh also followed up with us by phone to let us know our title papers were ready to be picked up so we could get the vehicle registered. We would not hesitate to return to Jack Elena Honda for future car purchases nor would we hesitate to recommend it to our friends. More

We had a deadline and a lot going on in addition to buying a car. He was not a "pushy" sales guy and kept in contact with just the right amount of interest. After visiting with Marc and driving a few options, we decided on a Pilot. It is a great ride, just like the Ridge Line. Feels like driving a car, though it offers the space and look of an SUV. The "paperwork" was hassle free and we felt very comfortable through the signing process. All in all a pretty laid back experience, but got it done fast. We feel good about buying our Honda Pilot and love it! More

Once they made me the offer and I was looking for better gas mileage, I took the deal and traded in my old Nissan for a brand new 2014 Honda Accord Sport in white. When I test drove the vehicle I fell in love and Matt was amazing in making the process super easy and fun. When it was time for all the paper work, Cheng was a great help and made everything go by super easy and made things fun and entertaining for me.
