We talked about what i was looking for, what i was driving already, and what they had. I was on a budget of about 7,000$ and what they had actually wasnt to far off from that. Josh showed me a few cars and SUVs like what i needed and then we came to a nice hatch back which is what i test drove and bought. They were interested in selling it as soon as i was done driving but they didn't pressure me into deciding to buy it right then or start filling out paper work before i was comfortable with the idea. if i wanted to take a moment and talk to my dad about what i was thinking, they were fine with that, and when i wanted to sit for a few min to think about my options, they brought me a freshly baked cookie and some coffee as black as espresso. Over all great experience. We talked about price and it was a little more than i would have hoped but even without financing, it would have been very doable. only word of advice, check your kelly blue book before settling on a price, it helped me get a few hundred dollars off the price. Great car, salesman and buying experience My wife and I bought a used Honda Pilot from Jack Ellena and salesman Marc Nehring. We'd already owned two Hondas, which we brought in regularly f My wife and I bought a used Honda Pilot from Jack Ellena and salesman Marc Nehring. We'd already owned two Hondas, which we brought in regularly for servicing. While waiting for our Accord to be serviced I got into a conversation with Marc and told him we were planning to buy a pop-up camper, that we wanted an SUV to pull it, and that the Pilot was a frontrunner in our SUV research. Marc said he'd be on the lookout for a good Pilot and let us know when they got one; he did, but we were too slow responding for that first one, which they sold almost immediately. Later, he found another good one, which is now in our driveway! We're very happy with our new-to-us Pilot, which is in great condition and which we got at a reasonable price-- happier even than we expected to be. Marc Nehring was polite, friendly and easy to deal with. More than that, he was fun to talk to and get to know.
