Best car buying experience I have ever had. I bought my beautiful 2012 MINI Cooper S Countryman All4 October 13, 2018. I have waited a bit to do a review because I wanted to see how she held up I bought my beautiful 2012 MINI Cooper S Countryman All4 October 13, 2018. I have waited a bit to do a review because I wanted to see how she held up. Well I am over the moon. Purchasing was easy. I originally went to look at a Cadillac Escalade and put a deposit on it. Ken was my salesman but when my husband and I came back to test drive the Escalade the next day Ken was off. We had to wait a little while for an available salesman so my husband and I walked the lot and saw the MINI. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. So we decided to test drive the MINI as well. Steve was kind enough to take us on the test drive. What a wonderful man! Well the MINI won over the Escalade. Needless to say, Ken was a little confused on Monday morning when he looked at my file, so he called me to make sure there wasn't a mistake. Be prepared to wait a little while to drive off the lot. They do things a little bit differently at J&M but the wait is SO worth it. The no haggle pricing was a bit high BUT the Service Department goes through a VERY long check list before you can take delivery of the car/truck. I was eager to pick her up and they found a small crack in the windshield (I didn't see it during the test drive) so they replaced it. The company they use came to my house. They make it SO CONVENIENT. J&M really does right by their customers. I know at least 4 people who have purchased vehicles from them and there have been no complaints, including a Facebook MINI Group friend who bought an identical MINI in April. We figured it out by the license plate numbers.... it was too funny and such a small world. More

Best car purchasing experience ever! Vinny was the one who sold me my car! My car is in pristine condition. They sold me a 2009 Nissan Altima with 60K on the dash for a little over 8!
