I went to Beverly Hills BMW (near where I live) and the service was TERRIBLE. After calling serveral BMW dealerships, I came in contact with Andrew Einhorn at Irvine BMW. I got ALL my questions answered, he was professional, met my needs, and received amazing customer service. Irvine BMW is FABULOUS and I highly recommend using Andrew!! I now have my gorgeous brand new 328i convertible and I couldn't have done it without Andrew making it happen for me. Don't waste your time at Beverly Hills (they were too "busy" for me and I felt like a burden rather than a customer). Go to Irvine, it's worth the drive!! More
Andrew is very attentive in the whole sales process, including post purchase questions. I would recommend him to ppl, already have infact. All I had to do when we met was test drive the car, write a check, sign the agreement and it was done. Andrew einhORN is a rip off... HE SOLD ME A CAR THAT WAS SITTING IN THE DEALERSHIP FOR TWO YEARS. WHEN I TRIED TO INFORM HIM ABOUT WHY I WAS UNHAPPY.. HE GAVE EXCUSES AND EXCUSES FOR ME TO FEEL BETTER... HE SITTING IN THE DEALERSHIP FOR TWO YEARS. WHEN I TRIED TO INFORM HIM ABOUT WHY I WAS UNHAPPY.. HE GAVE EXCUSES AND EXCUSES FOR ME TO FEEL BETTER... HE DID REDUCED THE TICKET PRICE WHATSOEVER.. HE DOES NOT TRY TO HELP A CLIENT.. HE IS IN IT FOR THE MONEY.. (I'M SURE EVERY SALES PERSON IS)... I HOPE HE DOESN'T SCREW ANOTHER PERSON OVER.. I HOPE HE GET FIRED FROM BMW.. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM NOR THIS BMW.. More

I bought my first BMW at Irvine this week. I went to four other dealerships prior to this one and the service I received here was SUPERB!. I did hundreds of online searches looking for the the options I want other dealerships prior to this one and the service I received here was SUPERB!. I did hundreds of online searches looking for the the options I wanted. Paul Bailey, internet sales manager treated us very professional, knew the answers to all our questions and was very eager to earn our business over the phone as well as in person. He treated us with dignity and respect. Paul told us "Come to our dealership and I will make it worth your drive since you come from far away". We came from 115 miles away and we experienced exactly what he promised. Ken Porter, Finance Manager took the time to explain our warranty options and worked really hard to give us a great deal. We were extremely satisfied with our experience at Irvine BMW. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!!!!!!!! More

We purchased a new BMW and everyone was helpful and friendly. A couple days after purchasing the vehicale we decided that we would like to get the extended warrenty Frank our salesman said no problem w friendly. We also noticed a very small scratch in the door which Irvine BMW repaired immediatly and it turned out perfect. My wife and I are very happy with service, and sales departments we would recommend Irvine BMW to all of our friends anytime. More
In early December 2010, I brought my car in for evaluation of a steering problem that I was experiencing. After making many attempts to speak to one of the service advisors and many calls where I evaluation of a steering problem that I was experiencing. After making many attempts to speak to one of the service advisors and many calls where I was left and forgotten on hold, I left several messages for the service advisors before I was able to schedule a time for the car to be seen. This was already a sign of deteriorated service at Irvine BMW. Finally, after I drop off my car, later that day, Albert the service advisor called me and told me the cost of Bushing and Control arms will be about $620. I asked Albert if all the parts (bushing and control Arms) are being replaced. He assured me that everything would be taking care of as indicated. Two weeks later, I took my car to an the independent shop for an oil change where I found out that Irvine BMW only replaced the Bushing and did not replace the “Control Arms” for my car. After several days and several calls, I was finally able to talk to Albert about my concern. He told me that the control arm actually did not need to be replaced! I was shocked! But I agreed to pay the $620 thinking all parts will be replaced. I raised my concerns by sending a letter to the service manager, but he never responded. I forwarded my concerns to the Dealer's General Manager twice, he never responded. Do not trust this dealership with anything! there are other places to get more honest and reliable service for your BMW than Irvine BMW. More
