I was NOT looking forward to car shopping, as I have had several not-so- wonderful experiences in the past. I was pleasantly surprised by my entire experience at Mazda Gallery, from the moment we walked in to the time I drove off the lot with my new car- 08 Mazda3 (only several hours later!). Levi was my salesperson and he was friendly, polite, straight forward, and certainly not pushy (VERY important to me). I told him my budget, and had a particular car in mind that I had seen on their website. He showed me one other car within my budget and I ultimately went with the Mazda3 I had seen online. I very much wanted to be able to wrap everything up in one day, so a manager came in to sign off on the paperwork, Levi faxed my insurance company the needed paperwork, had the car inspected, had a very minor undercarriage flap problem fixed quickly, cleaned/washed/buffed the car, had new plates made up next door at the BMW dealership, installed the plates and even filled up the rental car I was driving with gas so I could return it without having to do so (just two lots down the street at enterprise). I would recommend this dealership to anyone, and certainly will when I have family or friends in search of a car. I highly highly recommend working with Levi if possible (I know he is the only one I have worked with, I am sure the others are great as well) because he made the entire thing as stressless as humanly possible. Thank you to Mazda Gallery for a wonderful car buying experience. Please, if you are looking for a dealership, make this your first stop. You will not be disappointed. =) More

I had an excellent service from Mr.Cunningham, and would have rated the entire experience at "5", if not for my last interaction with Mr.Rizkalla. When I paid the outstanding balance before I picked up my n have rated the entire experience at "5", if not for my last interaction with Mr.Rizkalla. When I paid the outstanding balance before I picked up my new car, Mr.Rizkalla gave me my final receipt but did not account for the $500 deposit that I had submitted a week prior, during my intial purchase. When my husband mentioned it to him, he asked if we had even given him a deposit previously, which, of course we did, and had documentation for it. He then concurred, and refunded the money. However, it is very hard for me to believe that this was an "honest mistake" on his part. A manager at his level should most certainly have known that I could not have been in a position of coming to pick up the car that was delivered from another state without having paid a deposit. This very last interaction truly spoiled an otherwise excellent experience. I felt that Mr.Rizkalla tried to take advantage of me by conveniently forgetting a $500 deposit in his/dealership favor. Had my husband and I not paid attention to details, we would have been effectively cheated out of $500. My family has been very loyal to the Mazda brand- we currently own two Mazda vehicles, and over the years owned three other Mazdas. I hope that this feedback will be helpful to the management with respect to instructions to the employees. A single interaction like that with a single employee may certainly cause me to choose another Mazda dealership next time. That would be somewhat unfortunate since we had a great service from Mr.Cunningham. More
I purchased my 2004 Mazda RX8 new from this dealership, and returned there regularily for their excellent service. I am happy to say that when I returned to Mazda Gallery recently because it is convenient to my work my experience was outstanding--the type of experience I had come to expect from Mazda Gallery. John MArtin was helpful and validated my concerns. He kept in communication with me via email as I requested. The car was returned on time, and clean inside and out. Quite frankly, I was amazed at the turn around. (Welcome Back, Lee!). I have gone from telling friends to avoid Mazda Gallery to once again singing their praises. I couldn't have been happier with service visit. More

I needed to lower my monthly payments, and they really helped me out, while sticking me in a brand-new version of the same car. Their service is very prompt and respectful. If you're considering buying a new Mazda, I would definitely recommend Mazda Gallery of Norwood. More

I have been doing research on purchasing a new car for over a year. I loved my Hyundai which was falling apart but served us well. Due to prior financial stresses I had been unable to purchase a car but it had become so important as my car was unsafe to drive and I am a single mom with a teenage daughter. I recently sold my condo so I had the funds although my credit was unusually low for me. Greg redefined my experience with car dealers. I was actually afraid to come into the gallery as I have had some prior experiences in other dealerships with dealers who made me feel that I was playing some sort of game. They were somewhat aggressive. Greg on the other hand, was a genuine gentleman. I never felt that he was in any way desperate to sell me a car. What I did feel is that he loves cars, Mazdas in particular and he could tell that I had done my homework and that this was the car of my dreams. My daughter wanted a car that would fit at least 6 kids and I had become convinced that we could never afford such a car as it would be far to large and use too much gas. I also have a dog so having doors that open easily and a roomy trunk was important to me. In addition we live at the top of one of the steepest hills in Brookline so the fact that The Mazda 5 does has anti-skidding tires is hugs. (This past winter I did slide down the hill and it was terrifying.) It drives like a sporty car and with the black leather seats with their snappy red piping I forget that I am also taxing around my dog and kids. Greg was also a good teacher, patiently explaining how Blue Tooth works and adjusting my phone to the car. I recently upgraded my phone and do not feel shy about asking Greg to help me out again. I could tell that he was very pleased that I was so happy. What a sweet guy. When I brought the car back for the registration they automatically washed the car for me: unbelievable. I feel so taken car of by my beautiful Mazda 5 and by the Mazda Gallery. I am truly grateful. As it turned out we got the car just in time to take 4 girls to 6 Flags for my daughter's birthday another dream come true. She was so proud. As I mentioned before my credit is not great, thought getting better and the gentleman who helped me with financing found me the best car loan possible and told me to come back in year to refinance. The Mazda 5 is an unusually wonderful vehicle and I cannot imagine a better place to buy it than The Mazda Gallery in Norwood. A+!!! More
I walked into this dealership with the intention of going to many more that day, however, I didn't need to! I was greeted by Doug Clark who was very friendly and engaging. John and levi worked together to produce the most optimum results for me. the biggest triumph was being able to pay only 100 dollars out of pocket due to my warranty that mr. downing had made me get. Well, I almost had the car that could not be fixed. Multiple computer problems and battery problems that needed lots of help from Mazda corporate. All through the ordeal they kept me informed, gave me a loaner car and made what could have been a nightmare into a very tolerable, almost enjoyable situation. John and his service crew are first rate and deserve a lot of credit for all of the help they provided through the process. It started with Dashboard problems, moved to battery problems, included several computer problems and all through this, which amounted to almost 15 days, I had a nice new car, almost daily calls (even on Saturday) on how the troubleshooting was going and the latest suggestions from Mazda Tech support. It did get fixed, the car is running very well and I am very pleased. I know this is unusual in the car business, but I have a lot of respect for that service department; it is well run, professional and totally customer focused. More
