Artiom (sales rep) was a great help. Really attentive and super prompt. If it were just based on him this would easily be a 5/5 review. That said, some other parts of the car buying p Really attentive and super prompt. If it were just based on him this would easily be a 5/5 review. That said, some other parts of the car buying process did not make much sense to me. They require you to come in person to sign contracts even though most of the process is done over Zoom with their remote staff, and you use online portals and sign forms electronically the whole time. Because of that, you’ll most likely have to take time off work just to sign documents, even though the meeting could easily be done online from home or work. It felt unnecessary to require an in-person visit when so much of the process was already remote. It gave the impression that the goal was to create pressure around signing and add-on services. More
