This was by far the most pleaseant experience I had purchasing a new vehicle. The salesman knew the vehicle and anticipated and answered most of my questions before I asked them. I recently purchased a 2011 Mazda CX-9 and had a great experience at Mazda Gallery. My sales consultant was Greg Falk and he delivered outstanding customer service. Greg did not pressure us into a sale and made us feel very comfortable. He is very knowledgeable and took the extra time to explain all of the vehicle’s features and was able to answer all of our questions. Greg took the time to help us understand which vehicle will better fit our current and future needs and guided us to the right vehicle. I would recommend Greg to anyone who is interested in purchasing a Mazda. Mazda Gallery has a great staff that is always willing to go the extra mile for you.
