Both times, my experience was good, everyone I interacted with was polite, knowledgeable and efficient. I referred a friend who actually bought a CX-5 from Mazda Gallery. My one criticism of Mazda Gallery's customer service is the non-response of a service advisor when I contacted them via email. I had a quick question regarding my heater and was snubbed! I think if this electronic service is available to customers, it would be nice if using it is NOT IN VAIN. More

I've purchased 2 Mazdas (2 and a 6) in the past 5 years from Levi Downing at the Mazda Gallery and my experience with the brand and the dealership ins I've purchased 2 Mazdas (2 and a 6) in the past 5 years from Levi Downing at the Mazda Gallery and my experience with the brand and the dealership inspired my mother to buy her new CX-5 from them as well. When I was not assisted I went to another dealership and purchased a Ford. I went to the dealership yesterday with the same result. I do get an email reminder to make an appointment to service my Mazda which I do not have. My daughter has purchased 2 Mazda's from them and has been leased. I don't anticipate going to this dealership but will visit other dealerships as I was prepared to make a purchase. More

We contacted them all and Ray from Mazda Gallery was quick to response and answered all our questions promptly. When I arrived at the dealership, I met Brian and he was extremely helpful in answering all my questions, very knowledgeable about what my needs were and the matching features in Mazda, never pushy but provided me all the options and add on features. He was even able to get me a their Saturday deal a day sooner. When I went back to pick-up the car, it was ready and he went over everything in detail and has been a continued source of information ever since though I have already purchased the vehicle. After a terrible experience at another Mazda dealership, I contacted Mazda Gallery. The manager put me in touch with Brian Ciavola. He worked so hard to get me into the car I wanted. Most importantly, he was personable and compassionate. I absolutely loved my Cx-5! Unfortunately, I put a ton of miles on my 2013 model due to work commitments. Before my 2013 model lost all resale value, I thought I should contact Brian again to see what I could do. He not only remembered me from 2 years ago, but remembered what I liked and disliked about options. He found the car I wanted and helped me figure out what was the best financial decision. I took my new 2015 cx-5 home today and absolutely love it! I highly recommend Brian and Mazda Gallery to anyone looking to purchase a Mazda in the Massachusetts area. More
