Leo was great to work with, very helpful, professional, and responsive. Again, didn't expect to get called back after business hours. Rob Lewis in finance also very professional. Gave us a detailed walk through of the menu and the paperwork and we were out the door pretty quick. Thanks all! More

I ended up at the IRA Mazda in Westwood by mistake because I was desperate to find two used cars but good quality for myself and my daughter. I was greeted by Harshene who quickly became an ambassador because I was desperate to find two used cars but good quality for myself and my daughter. I was greeted by Harshene who quickly became an ambassador for me in the place. Needless to say that the office holds themselves to a higher standards for service, but the people are phenomenal. Harshene has gone above and beyond from answering my many questions, calls or emails were promptly answered and concerns addressed to the best of his ability. Even when I asked for the price on one of the cars to drop a bit, he said he couldn’t do it but will bring it to the top person in charge. He did and after much consideration, I got my car. As far as I’m concerned, the whole place is great, but Harshene and the beautiful lady I dealt with in two occasions for the financial department are absolute pearls. My experience is just horrible. The worst I have ever had. I have been waiting for 3.5 hrs just to change tires and have a state inspection with a previous appointment for changi The worst I have ever had. I have been waiting for 3.5 hrs just to change tires and have a state inspection with a previous appointment for changing tires, made about the month in advance. And when I read the statement of work I see that technician put promised time 5 pm even if I arrived at 8:30 am and was waiting. "Good trick" for trying to avoid penalties. I never agreed to wait for a car from 8:30 am until 5pm. This is ridiculous. I have never had such a bad service at the past. Maybe the building is nicer than old one, but I always used to be satisfied by the service on the old location. I don’t want to come back. More
