My experience is just horrible. The worst I have ever had. I have been waiting for 3.5 hrs just to change tires and have a state inspection with a previous appointment for changi The worst I have ever had. I have been waiting for 3.5 hrs just to change tires and have a state inspection with a previous appointment for changing tires, made about the month in advance. And when I read the statement of work I see that technician put promised time 5 pm even if I arrived at 8:30 am and was waiting. "Good trick" for trying to avoid penalties. I never agreed to wait for a car from 8:30 am until 5pm. This is ridiculous. I have never had such a bad service at the past. Maybe the building is nicer than old one, but I always used to be satisfied by the service on the old location. I don’t want to come back. More

I had some flat tire issue and Ira mazda service person and front desk staff agent resolved my issue without any hurdle and even helped out replacing whole new tire dealing with insurance claim all went sm and front desk staff agent resolved my issue without any hurdle and even helped out replacing whole new tire dealing with insurance claim all went smooth.
